  1. Andy C was therefore right, Kuqi can;t get a place in the Blackburn team, the best we can hope for is sometimess if we a desperate he may come on and score another 6 yard goal off his shoulder haha
  2. come on Kuqi is a pants player, somehow he seems to hit the net rarely so fair play, still pretty shocking
  3. i just want to say thank you for making me laugh, he didn't win much lol
  4. he did ok, really a relegation fighting player
  5. never really thought he was good enough but have to say he desrves loads of credit and a cheer if i see him in a city shirt for his efforts here
  6. problem is not many fish in the sea, he's been very average a Boro considerig the money he had
  7. well he's no Duff but he's done ok, fairly well even, i said it before he's very hot and cold, he really needs to end on a hot patch
  8. so you think in last 5 games possibly 15 points we will get 6 points, thats relegation form
  9. thats a waste of 10 years, what should have happened: 26yrs old Shearer leaves blackburn in 1996 for Barcleona winning a European cup and two titles and a domestic cup. in 1999 he moves to Juventus for 18 million winning three league titles and top goal scorer in the champions league two years running. in 2003 at the age of 32 shearer returns home to Newcastle where he plays out the last few years of his career at the club he loves winning nothing but the love of the fans.
  10. no compliants he did his job fine i thought but Gray offers an attacking option, Matteo was decent cover
  11. Yeah he's class, shame he's a bit of a sick note, also Sukur was brilliant in that Fulham game, I think thats the best proformance I've seen since Shearer in terms of pure quality
  12. shearer got boo'd a lot by Blackburn fans, maybe they are worried about that
  13. good point pleasure, its true, Tugay never has been able to maintain the same standand week in week out, and Savage is not as talented anyway so we can't really expect it from him.
  14. they were not fluke, see the Daivd Bentley thread they were all amazing goals according to some people on that thread(you know know you are) I agree really, Bentley is talented but to deliever consistently in the premiership, thats a different matter, hopefully with time he's going to get allot better
  15. i think mine do, when we are winning i like to just enjoy the run and not waste time here, when we are losing is when topics are interesting, peoples reaction and solutions. Only lately dispite winning i'm finding Kuqi was a matter of concern, but now is a several problems
  16. i wonder if you would be saying that if he was Blackburn manger, 50+ million and he got aging overpaid players and big money flops
  17. poor old Souness didn't really deserve to be sacked, i think he still has a future and Newcastle brings the worse out in all managers
  18. well for all you people in Heaven, our striker was still a Mr Kuqi, so bit ahead of yourselfs. still whats more disappointing is the fall of the defence lately
  19. yeah it is rubbish because he's totally over the top but i do think some players can adapt to that position, I mean how on Earth did Alan Smith become a midfielder, he was put into the defensive role, but he didn't do it very well, but he can do it Even Campo's in the same postions as Phil Neville and Alan Smith, players poor in other positions so they play in defensive midfield having said that a very good defensive midfielder has allot of talent. Some of my favourite players were defensive midfielders such as McKinlay, Batty and several others
  20. Very impressive, thanks to Kuqi we are are keeping clean sheets aswell, what a player, although i can't remember him scoring since Boro last year, rather putting in some very bad performances, thank to Kuqi we are keeping clean sheets. I think he's done ok really, i'm amazed he is a footballer and hope we get allot better striker in soon but he's better then nothing, and will be a useful sub for poorer teams in the future
  21. agree, i have no complaints about losing to anyone with our current strikerforce.
