  1. Every deal is hard for the twats that own /manage the club. When it takes 2monrhs to do a deal witb 37 year old who misses preseason as a result.
  2. Wharton had a lot of collateral damage to the knee. Likely to take much longer.
  3. Another calf injury!! His calves are made of tissue paper. Best business of the summer getting £15m. even if it does just disappear into the Venkys Black Hole.
  4. Has Waggott ever managed to get a player to extend his contract? We know how many valuable players were allowed to slide out of contract the last time he had responsibility for contractual negotiations. It's no surprise that no player would sign a contract put in front of them by that slippery lardarse. Now it's a case of rinse and repeat as the club is set to lose both Hyam and Dolan for nothing at the end of the season.
  5. You're an optimistic if you think the incomings would be even that good.
  6. The club was desperate for funds to keep the lights on and avoid administration. Otherwise a figure that low should have been rejected out of hand.
  7. Perhaps his contract extension last December came with a release clause specifying an £8m fee?
  8. This club is looking more like a basket case as every day that passes with no action and total silence from the hierarchy. It smells like Blackpool under the Oystons and Reading in the last couple of years.
  9. Back injuries with younger players are very problematical and a recurrence is a bad sign. Would doubt he'll be playing this season.
  10. Archie Gray gone to Spurs for £30m and he's not even in the England squad. More evidence that Wharton was a panic sale. A once in a generation player sold for a pittance.
  11. And into the Venkys Black Hole
  12. I worked for a professional firm of similar headcount and they sponsored Southend United in the National League. Waggott is obviously planning ahead
  13. Hugely inderwhelming. They'll be paying buttons.
  14. So they have to find double the amount of funds than if there were no restrictions and the bond is forfeited if the case goes against them. On those terms they're not to send any funds.
  15. If Guestede is going to spout shite like that then he's proved he's just Waggotts puppet.
  16. No. The funds will disappear into the Venkys Great Black Hole. Free transfers and loans on low wages so effectively running a Championship club on a League 1 budget. And that's where we'll be in 12 months time.
  17. Players signed during 2021/2022 when Park was previously employed Clarkson - useless Poveda- a few games then injured Khadra- erratic but had his moments Edun- useless Vsn Hecke - excellent Markandy - waste of £500k Zeefuick - who the f***? Giles - would have been good if used properly Hedges - came good eventually Brown- wouldn't have made the grade if he'd stayed All in all a very mixed bag.
  18. Except Maggot. He's now got full running of the show with slippery Suhail the invisible go between with the despicable owners.
  19. Judging from the additions to the senior squad in the last three windows, he's no great loss.
  20. Never heard of him. Is he better than Travis Tronstad or JRC? Unlikely as his appearances were for a desperately poor Hull team. Probably on a par with Smallwood who played alongside him for two seasons. Just another cheap addition for a club that's received about £30m in transfer income in the last 12 months. Further evidence that the owners are preparing a squad for L1 the season after next.
  21. We're looking at a free agent from the National League according to reports. Venkys are dumbing down the playing squad to take us to the next level.
  22. Funny isn't it how Maggot always gets a job at clubs with hated and despised owners. That really tells everything about him.
