Yes for Waggott it's all about window dressing while he gets on with downsizing the club as Venkys look to reduce their losses. Ultimately it all ends in the National League where the losses would be just a million or two and the training grounds have been sold for residential development to pay back part of the loans in India. It's the only logical explanation for what Venkys have been doing in the past 18 months.

John Eustace as a notable former player there would likely be high on their list and he would welcome the opportunity to escape the ambitionless and shambolic Ewood Park.

Toth looks Walstedt Mk2. He has no presence in the six yard box and a feeble punch. The goalkeeping scout needs sacking. -
Hope so - with Leeds

That midfield is SO weak. It'll be utterly overrun. -
Adam Forshaw?

Your analysis is spot on. This is a downsizing operation in order to reduce the losses to a more manageable level from Venkys point of view. As an aside what the f*** has Guestede achieved in the last 5 months with no senior players contracts extended and a rehash of the summer transfer target Kargbo.

Surely one of the Under 21s couldn't be worse than JRC? He looks like Sunday morning pub player - ridiculously slow and unathletic. Hasn't a clue how to go up for a header as shown yet again with their first goal.
-
Waggott is just the on-site stooge and puppet acting for Venkys who would rather have the club in L1 making smaller losses. Suhail Pasha is the go-between.

Serious questions need to be asked as to why the QPR match was rearranged to that date - even earlier than the scheduled date for a squad that is down to bare bones.

Yet another Sky commentary pairing that showed far more interest in the opposition and little knowledge of Rovers. -

Another smart move from Waggott to sabotage the season. -

Forshaw is clearly on his last legs and doesn't give a shite. -

At least 8 points needed from 18 matches. Taken 5 from the last 8 and the squad is decimated with reinforcements very unlikely to appear. -
I was stunned to see them rearrange the fixture to a date earlier than the original date. Waggott obviously doing his best to sabotage this season .

Rangers have no money. That's why they haven't sacked the manager yet as they can't afford the compensation for the long contract he signed in the summer. They are in a world of financial problems.
-
Relying on rivals' results won't be enough. Statistically need about 74 points to have a decent chance of being in the playoffs. That means from the remaining 19 matches another 32 points are needed such as 9 wins, 5 draws and just 5 defeats. Aint going to happen.

Venky’s v Indian Government (a)
alcd replied to tomphil's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
On a population-equivalent basis that would imply 2.5m cases in the UK. The legal system backlog here is bad but nothing like that bad. -
Personal guarantee required for all remittances. Venkys now require the club to be "self-sufficient" so shrinking the losses means downsizing and relentless cuts to the wage bill. They have no interest in promotion and after 14 years of failure they've given up.

50 million cases in the legal system accord to the Economist. -
Probably find that new West Brom manager decides to keep Wallace.
-
"Frank Lampard's Coventry City". Presenters just can't help themselves.
-
If there are 59 cases to be heard earlier in the day before ours then another adjournment is a foregone conclusion.

Forshaw was moved on from his last two clubs faster than shit off a shovel.
