Williams over bell all day. williams is a decent cb and a poor left back. Bell is just poor. He hasn’t improved in the whole time he’s been here. He can’t tackle , he checkS back and plays It safe without putting a cross in. He seems to lack confidence and he hasnt grown and fulfilled his potential the way I thought he would because he has the attributes. Ultimately he is a defender that can’t defend. Williams is decent cb cover and had never let us down when played there. The answer is clearly we need a new LB

From watching the bundesliga I much preferred to watch the games with the added noise. When I first heard they were going to do it I thought it was tacky but it does enhance your viewing experience imo. Blasting it through the PA system seem absurd and I can’t see the players preferring that but I guess we will all be back on here Saturday with more of an idea. Just glad it’s back being honest

I think Williams is ok as a centre back and a bad left back, bell is just awful full stop . It’s been a weak spot since tommy spurr left and badly needs rectifying . Williams imo is the best of two evils at LB if the u23s have a lb worthy of a chance I’d be up for it . I haven’t seen any u23 games this season with the exception of the wolves game at leyland so cant really comment their

I changed over from sky to bt a few days before the lockdown started because I wanted to watch the champions league latter stages. I added sky sports as an extra so I could still watch championship football. Does anybody know if I can still use the red button option. I saw our games against Burnley and Liverpool where on the on demand but but I can’t watch them because I’m on Bt. If that makes any sense and somebody knows the answer it would be appreciated

I chose Williams as a more solid defender than bell and Downing’s experience in front of him to compensate for the lack of quality in that area.

I IMO yes he’s ready, he’s played quite abit of championship football and I’ve been watching him when he was at city in the youth set up. He also impressed me when he made his debut for us. I don’t rate Evans and he has had enough opportunities to impress. Evans is mediocre at best and if we are to move forward players like Evans need to go. Davenport , like travis, could bring a freshness to the team and is no worse than Evans and worth the gamble if you want to call it that. We signed him to be pushing players like Evans out, give him a proper run of games and I believe he would be a far better option than Evans . Just needs a chance

This is going to be controversial but I will say it anyway. Players would have more support if they weren’t being pictured partying and not social distancing etc in public. With the exception of jack Grealish the culprits were all in the BAME category . Just an observation. And yes I accept it’s a small few but it doesn’t help. Discuss

If I was an owner that’s what I would be doing. It is what it is. If you don’t want to play after every play has been tested in the most sterilised environment possible then that’s fine but you arnt getting paid. There would be no repercussions on my behalf for not playing and to argue you should get paid for doing nothing after being asked back to work is crazy. I’d love to see what my boss would say if I said no I’m not coming back but I still want a wage.

For me any player should be able to refuse to play. Any player that refuses to play doesn’t get paid . It’s that simple for me

Travis has personality on the pitch where it matters and off it he has never caused a fuss or ruffled any feathers. A true professional that I’m honoured to watch in a blue and white shirt for as long as he is here and when the time comes for him to further his career I will wish him all the best and hopefully use the the transfer fee to replace him or improve the first team squad . The way forward is getting good fees for our prospects and improving the squad with the money . The way Brentford have. There is no shame in being a stepping stone if the player gives his all whilst in a blue and white shirt
