Brum FA Cup

Sounds like Buckley needs to contact that Traore from Wolves and ask for his personal trainer's number. -
Tony Mowbray Discussion

Time to get rid, and sack the coaching staff (apart from Johnson who did well with the reserves/youth teams). A completely new set up is needed if we want to be more than a lower half championship team looking over our shoulder at relegation/FUP issues. -

The crowds at the games are happy with being a lower half of the table Championship team that wastes money on absolute dobbins up front then. No danger of promotion to where we were before the Raos turned up with Tony in charge. -

Get rid of the whole Coventry City gang including Waggott. Things are just in stasis until the next fire sale to avoid FUP when we will see Dack and any decent player sold and players of the standard of Feeney, Brown and Delfonso come in because they're cheap. -

He really has had come across well over the last few years. Always seemed to be willing to muck in and face tough times and overcome them. Who am I kidding? -
He's only in because Pope had the shits along with all the other players.

The Raos are pillocks who have engineered our problems. They must go if the club is to progress. -
Thanks. I didn't know when he moved there, but he's an example of someone who really got better with age.

Is This Team Connected to Our Rovers?

It's like a whole knock off product you would find in China, like a car you would say looks like a Rolls Royce but is actually called a Jiangsu BT-87500. And is far inferior in terms of performance and quality. -
When did Vardy move to Leicester, and what division were they in?

Depression strikes without warning, and since he is bipolar the mania is probably the same. Then comes the post euphoria crash. You kind of say his mental health talk is over hyped and is used as PR but that's partially true. The wrong people around him will lead to the ups and downs, the risk taking out of the ring, and all the other things.
-
If Davison sorted out his mental health problems, he was worth it. I presume he was with his uncle prior to his ban, and whilst he won the belts, he ended up a mess and nearly killed himself.

Apart from disagreeing about loaning those two players, I agree with who you'd let go Chaddy. Not sure about a name for a keeper, but we do need a good, long term option and then let the Canadian go. -
Fury drops trainer Davison. This could be a stupid move, as Davison got him back on the rails, which is so important for Tyson. With all this WWE nonsense, he might go crazy and be distracted by sideshows if his next trainer can't get him to focus. Then it might implode again.

David Bellamy, the botanist died a few days ago as well. -

I'm still not convinced Tony is the right man but this run will hopefully keep us away from a relegation battle. I still expect a horrible run of 10 games without a win at some stage. -
From what I've seen of Wilder, he is not the best technically, but when he gets one of those right hands on the chin it's usually game over. AJ would have to keep it boring and try to win on points.

Potentially great. Every opponent so far has been 'this guy is tough' and then battered in the first few rounds. His jab is a powerful weapon in itself, and he has that instinct where he goes in Mike Tyson mode when the other guy gets hurt.

Fifa Proceedings Begin

This private equity firm are steadily increasing their influence in rugby union, possibly at the detrement of the sport. They're involved with the Premiership in England, and just bought a stake in the Pro 14 (the Welsh/Irish/Scottish/Italian regional league). I fear that they will create a closed off super League involving these clubs and promotion and relegation will not be allowed. Therefore all the big money will be carved up between a cabal of super clubs, and everyone else will have to survive as best they can. As for the proposed world league, mentioning Auckland City playing Real Madrid is a joke. Auckland City are about the same level as Morcombe and play against teams worse than the national League north/south. -

But can he play on the wing? -
Can anyone remember which nightclub or bar it was in?
-
He was obviously saving them up for this match. Or the pitch and the latest kookaburra ball are both lifeless and offer nothing for bowlers.
-
There might be a chance of England vs. Scotland? That would be good.

If Tony goes...
Norbert Rassragr replied to Wegerleswiggle's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
You're the sentimental type then Chaddy. Why not bring back David Dunn and Ryan Nelsen to be coaches with Alan Shearer as director of football? And get in Tony Parkes if he's interested. OK I am exaggerating but I just don't see how someone who has been brilliant this one season, a season they may still end in failure, at a club in the lower leagues is the answer. Nor can I really see a youth coach who did well being the number 1, obvious choice.
