January transfer window 2020

Mr. E is not wrong though Chaddy. This is looking like Bowyer all over again. Selling Dack in the summer and getting someone of the level of Chris Brown as a replacement is not an impossibility. If only we didn't waste £12m on poor strikers. -

That Korean Ki Sung-Yeung has left Newcastle, and is available on a free. No idea if he's any good though. -

We'll not sign anyone, and be given the same excuses and bull. We'll still check this thread until 11pm though. -

Could he have fallen out with Cooke even worse than what has happened with Mowbray and thought Tony was not that bad after all? -

Hopefully not like Jonestown. Travis a pretty decent player. -

I think it will be a good season or so until they really show what they can do. The sheer drop in form from the relegation season until the Cowleys came will be a long term repair job. -

And Cowley's form isn't bad compared to the form of the previous year or so. Huddesfield and Stoke looked absolutely dead and buried before they changed their managers, now they're at least making a fight of it. I know you can't rely on the owners to find their bums with both hands, but under Mowbray things have stalled, and if a couple of our better players are sold I wouldn't trust him to replace them adequately. Then relegation would be much closer if that happened as we get the next Chris and Wes Brown in for 'experience'. -

So we just accept a slide into relegation when the few good players get sold? Using FFP as an excuse for your hero is a bit weak. There are cunning ways around it I am sure, or do you want us to be playing Fleetwood or Blackpool soon because it may be a shorter commute for you? No, let's stick with Tony because all change is bad, and use finances as an excuse to have no ambition, drive or desire to do better. And if we are relegated in the next 2 seasons, stick with Mowbray, as he got us out last time. -

When Dack and Lehinen get sold, we'll probably sink even lower down the table, unless Mowbray suddenly becomes a genius at scouting and replaces them with better. It's more likely they'll go and then it'll be a fight for relegation as the money will disappear to balance the books or Tony will buy another turnip like Brereton. -

No I am saying that if Mr. Bronson is right then those who can attend are seemingly happy with utter mediocrity at best and forget we were once challenging for UEFA cup places. Obviously with your frankly deliberately stupid remark you are happy with plodding along and ending up 16th or so in the Championship under a frustrating leadership. -

Sounds like Buckley needs to contact that Traore from Wolves and ask for his personal trainer's number. -

Time to get rid, and sack the coaching staff (apart from Johnson who did well with the reserves/youth teams). A completely new set up is needed if we want to be more than a lower half championship team looking over our shoulder at relegation/FUP issues. -

The crowds at the games are happy with being a lower half of the table Championship team that wastes money on absolute dobbins up front then. No danger of promotion to where we were before the Raos turned up with Tony in charge. -

Get rid of the whole Coventry City gang including Waggott. Things are just in stasis until the next fire sale to avoid FUP when we will see Dack and any decent player sold and players of the standard of Feeney, Brown and Delfonso come in because they're cheap. -

He really has had come across well over the last few years. Always seemed to be willing to muck in and face tough times and overcome them. Who am I kidding? -
He's only in because Pope had the shits along with all the other players.

The Raos are pillocks who have engineered our problems. They must go if the club is to progress. -
Thanks. I didn't know when he moved there, but he's an example of someone who really got better with age.

Is This Team Connected to Our Rovers?
Norbert Rassragr replied to awhom111's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
It's like a whole knock off product you would find in China, like a car you would say looks like a Rolls Royce but is actually called a Jiangsu BT-87500. And is far inferior in terms of performance and quality. -
When did Vardy move to Leicester, and what division were they in?

Depression strikes without warning, and since he is bipolar the mania is probably the same. Then comes the post euphoria crash. You kind of say his mental health talk is over hyped and is used as PR but that's partially true. The wrong people around him will lead to the ups and downs, the risk taking out of the ring, and all the other things.
-
If Davison sorted out his mental health problems, he was worth it. I presume he was with his uncle prior to his ban, and whilst he won the belts, he ended up a mess and nearly killed himself.

Apart from disagreeing about loaning those two players, I agree with who you'd let go Chaddy. Not sure about a name for a keeper, but we do need a good, long term option and then let the Canadian go.
