  1. You have to laugh or you would cry….. We’ve gone from Farke, Benitez, Wenger and Carvahal…..to Ainsworth, Unsworth and Ferguson. We’re now on Benni Mac, Pardew and Lowe. Still time for Judan Ali. Oh Rovers.
  2. Unanimous view Farke is an excellent manager here: https://forum.pinkun.com/index.php?/topic/148000-farke-to-blackburn/ Get it done Rovers.
  3. This thread is about to get interesting..... Genuinely not a clue who to expect (HSH stable aside...).
  4. Regardless of your opinion of TM and whether he should stay (I don't), to not even be consulted or spoken to by the club hierarchy is at best unprofessional and at worst disrespectful. TM is extremely limited, not progressive and we need a change of manager. I like to be optimistic that someone can come in and utilize the academy and the young players we've got next season and shape an exciting team. The biggest problem we have isnt TM or the players. Its the total crap we have as a CEO and lack of strategy and leadership at an executive level.
  5. Here at the game and once again the following is fantastic. Deserve so much more than this capitulation. At least Renzo seems to be enjoying himself with the fans.
  6. Pretty sure carter will replace Van Hecke next season. He has been outstanding at Pompey
  7. Winger - cross striker in middle - score Get in. What a turnaround. Let’s hope this kicks off the season again.
  8. This is pretty heartbreaking. It’s the hope that kills you. Worst I’ve seen for a long time, zero plan, zero confidence and zero threat. Credit where it was due up to January but this is appalling.
  9. Surely now ranks as one of our worst signings in terms of £££ per minutes played? No doubt he is decent but he certainly cant be described as motivated. Shame
  10. I can’t see where a goal comes from unfortunately. Rode our luck and done well to not be 1 or 2 down. We grew into the game. 4 points and a game in hand between us and 7th. Season defining game this. Come on Rovers.
  11. We are all at sea. Brilliant save by Kaminski. Come on Rovers - season make or break here.
  12. Looks like he's out for weeks/months. Disaster in the context of our lack of goals recently and failure to sign a striker in January. Big big miss.
  13. Surely a lack of ambition would have been cashing in? Rothwell? Damned if you do, damned if you dont.
  14. The death spiral is in full flow. TM only himself to blame. (‘Wicked Vape’ too)
  15. I just feel utterly deflated and disappointed. The position we got ourselves in was brilliant. Since has been anything but and it feels like our own doing. I can’t see this side finishing in the top 6. We’ve lost the fundamentals and what got us into that position: - dynamic counter attack. Not basing our ‘game’ on possession. - clean sheets based on disciplined defence and defenders knowing their exact role - Brereton has dried up. Probably fatigue, maybe been found out - TM not being able to think and tinker The crap January window didn’t help. More of a concern is the gamble the club made in not cashing in. We will now lose 3 key players for nothing this summer and no doubt replace with lesser. This was the season to go up and unfortunately TM has blown it. He’s undone all of his good work in getting us there.
  16. We simply do not look like scoring. Brereton has been a shadow of a player since he got the 20th. He’s nackered. Ayala needs to come back in, some leadership.
  17. Looking at the table now isn’t as nice as it was - QPR and Bournemouth two games in hand, us out of form. Mowbray needs to stop overthinking it and go back to what got us into the position before January. Top 2 is a bit of a pipe dream now but from here it would be shocking if we don’t make the playoffs as a minimum.
