  1. They will struggle to fail this bit if they employ a good HSQE consultant to put the report together. Its just to make sure that what they are planning doesn't affect the local environment, health of locals etc. This type of thing will fly through that bit.
  2. I think the timing might be crucial. They only check and recategorise academies every 4 years I think, so conceivably they could time it so that the Cat 1 status is preserved for at least 3 years....
  3. Too much supposition about this lad. Get him in, play him where he's effective and at least give him the same opportunity afforded to other less gifted players...seems Mowbray doesn't like his attitude, not a nice boy like.
  4. Frank Worthington has passed. Age 74. Never saw him live i don't think but that goal that you always see of him on the edge of the area and beats about 3 men with the ball over his head....
  5. He'd never make it through the sanitised academy system caught behind the changing rooms having a woodbine...
  6. It is a good facility. I'm surprised Mowbray and Tesco weren't on that before they put Brockhall up for sale. Little Wembley for us.
  7. Agreed on Armstrong, if he had a competent partner he might pass to them. Probably thinks there's no point passing to Bill and Ben
  8. If everyone is fit Wharton and Ayala seem to be our best 2.....I prefer carthorse to neanderthal
  9. Not sure it will be anything like that Rev. Surely his contract is due the end of next season so that will reduce the fee....plus he isn't exactly blessed with a football brain that you need at the highest level. His pace isn't anything special at that level and my view is that a scouting report would highlight a few "must improves"... squad player at best for a lower prem team.
  10. Yes, but he's only had one good game....many on here were proper slating him last week.🤷‍♂️ even if he stays next season he's only going to be 18 or 19...its just not a basis. Even though I don't rate neanderthal defender, if he went I don't know what would happen.
  11. It's you saying he does have full control, so if you saying this how do you know?
  12. Mowbray going nowhere, Rev. He's got the top plot for his retirement. He will be the new Baron of Brockhall👑📯
