  1. Btw I’ve been told by Fulham mates that they’ve signed tosin for 1.5 million woth add one potentially taking it to 6-8. Could be one if the bargains of the window for them
  2. Sounds like we’ve got the deal sheet submitted. Imagine this one will be announced tomorrow.
  3. While a left back is more pressing we 100% need a back up keeper. A keeper with some potential is defo the right idea for a back up keeper.
  4. On the right wages he would be a great deal. When fit would easily be the best midfielder in the league.
  5. Really surprised that leeds didn’t sign him, would of been a perfect replacement for Ben white. Think they really dropped the ball on that one.
  6. Personally I feel like he’s proven that he’s more than ready for first team football. While it didn’t quite happen for him yesterday he can be the kind of player that you need to break a team like Cardiff down.
  7. Dropping one of our most inform players? Resting him before the international break? Cmon
  8. Would be the 3rd prem team they have knocked out if they win.
  9. Just can’t see him getting much game time this season with lenihan, Williams and Ayala all ahead of him. If selling him frees up some money for a left back then surely that is worth it?
  10. At this point I don’t think we really need him, we have Williams, lenihan and Ayala as first choice options with magloire, carter and Grayson as back up. If it generated a little bit of cash for a left back I would sanction the sale.
  11. Either way before the season started if you had looked at our opening 4 fixtures I think most people would of been happy to get 6 points on the board from them. Especially when you consider our injury list. So a loss here certainly isn’t a disaster, however it’s near impossible not to feel optimistic for this one, and if we continue to play as we have I can’t see past another 3 points. Same team apart from nymabe in for JRC and Gally taking the extra spot on the bench to give us an extra attacking option. 9 from 12 would set us up really nicely for the rest of the season with players like Ayala, Dack, Gally, Evans, hopefully a new left back and eventually Travis all to come back in.
  12. We are in serious dire need of a solid transfer rumour.
  13. Would be against this, save the little finances we have for players of more proven quality in positions of higher importance such as left back, centre mid or back up GK. Personally I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t bring anyone else in, especially with how quiet things seem to have gone. Felt like ages since we’ve had a proper rumour.
  14. BB is knackered. What a shift from him today.
  15. BB‘a all round game has been excellent.
  16. Have to say our contract situation is extremely worrying. There’s about 4-6 players who are all in need of long term contracts.
  17. Just give us a first choice left back!
  18. Would of loved to have seen a midfield of buckley Travis holtby.
  19. Kevin McDonald available on a free transfer from Fulham. Would be all over that if the wages arnt too much. Can play in central midfield and at CB and has two promotions in 3 seasons with Fulham.
  20. The end of that interview seems to suggest we won’t be bringing in a new left back. Which is very worrying. It is simply unforgivable if we don’t bring someone in there. It will cost us massively.
  21. Play how we have in the previous 3 games and we will win this. Seems like a good time to play Derby aswell. kaminski nymabe Lenihan Williams JRC Rothwell Johnson Holtby Dolan Arma BB Wouldn't be against starting bell and saving JRC for the bench. If we have a new left back then I would throw him straight in aslong as he’s fit.
  22. So are we expecting a signing/announcement tomorrow?
  23. Agreed Arma - 20 million Dack - 15 million Travis - 10 million lenihan - 5 million nymabe - 5 million Dolan - 5 million Thats about 60 million worth of assists there I reckon. Of course a lot of those values rely on tying down players to long term contracts, but aside from maybe travis I feel those values are realistic. In the cases of Arma, Dolan and even Dack they could even go up 5 million further each with a successful season. In terms of where we currently are at with incoming, I think we should go all out to secure a quality perm left back. A loan would just put us in the same position next summer. I’m happy with where we are at in the centre back department. The emergence of Williams means we have 3 decent experienced CBs, with 2-3 emerging young ones to provide cover. We do need a back up keeper for sure, however I would rather gamble of the fitness of Kaminski than risk a season of bell as first choice. In terms of midfield and attack, Whiteman and Jozwiak would of been the dream, but we probably have enough to get by, and both departments have started the season extremely well. The start of the season has been so encouraging, we have looked like a promotion worthy side at times, but there is important work to be done in the market if we are to sustain that. On a side note, are the people who suggested that someone had signed sticking with that knowledge? Are we waiting until Monday to announce? Or are we assuming that ‘the source’ got it wrong?
  24. Every points to us being serious playoff contenders this season. Another fantastic performance. This is without Dack, Travis, Gally, Evans and Manning (?). Can only see positives right now.
