Venkyicious Knids. Speaking of that playoff final Mackay told Leicester's manager that he should complain about the appointment. That the ref would feel under pressure because of what happened 3 years earlier. I guess some people might believe that was spite (at being fired) but I don't think Mackay comes across that way. Plus he was friends with Leicester's manager.

I suppose that's how he justifies it to himself if he has any sort of conscience at all. Goodness knows this club has had it's share of grasping people. Some on here though were praising Jack Rodwell's attitude at Sunderland. So where's the line exactly?

Should note that Rhodes didn't take the penalty Sheffield Wednesday got last weekend. So his confidence is probably still low as it was with his cowardice in playoffs when he refused to take one during a shootout.

So will some people "take a point" here as well? What use would that be after the draw in midweek? Blackburn Rovers shouldn't be happy taking a point from the city of Bristol which has no footballing prestige attached. Certainly not after drawing the last game or unless there's a bad refereeing setback. A point would not surprise me admittedly but that does not mean it's something to be pleased with.

Dack's apologised for the sending off apparently. Just like he apologised for no showing in court. I've said before that my feeling is Dack won't depart on good terms unless there's major changes within the club.
