Does this mean he won't mind if too many fans show up? ?
-
Worse than Mowbray Magoo?
-
More than one.

No players should be given such guarantees. If indeed that is the case.
-
Like his brother then.

Not quite in this league though... Wrestling in Boaz, Alabama, Yamamoto gave one of the great performances in pro wrestling. Before the start of the matches, he asked to give a statement to the crowd, which booed and hissed and threw things. In broken English he said, "I wish make aporogy. Very sorry my country bomb Pear-uh Harbor." And the crowd quiets, as he wipes away tears, and they awwww in sympathy. "It wrong thing to do, I wish not happen." They begin to applaud. "Yes, I wish not happen, because instead I wish they BOMB BOAZ!!!" Needless to say, the arena erupted.

Maybe you need someone less polite and more direct to ask him. Shall I? -
Latter. This is BRFCS though.

That sounds like what Parson just said on other thread about his vision, passing ability being evident. Of course today wouldn't be the right time to judge a player's engine or what's left of it.
-
Playing clubs like that is a waste of time.
-
Tv show along these lines would be good. Like Dexter but with the targets being corrupt/ignorant football personnel like owners, managers, players, UEFA, media, agents, idiotic fans and selfish greedy families. Maybe I should submit a pilot script...

Transfer thread not Stanley House free advertising.

Am I right in recalling that during the last visit their fans were throwing things at Rovers fans? If so why play there again amongst countless other good reasons? Should be grateful to have Blackburn Rovers visit so at very least tell stewards to do their job.

Does nobody want any edge or do people want it as bland/boring and watered down like most football is? Not saying chairshots to head have to be done all the time but the effects are so exaggerated. Especially by people looking to make excuses for Chris Benoit. What about that bump Allin took on the apron or all the flippy floppy high impact stuff that goes on? Plus it wasn't like Cody's just a regular member of the roster so considering his slightly more elevated position nobody forced it on him did they? Gimmicked chair shot which went wrong on this occasion. Most of the time it won't and even less would fake blood if they used that instead of blading. Hardway blood won't ever go away entirely and by "hardway" in this case I mean accidental. Anyway hopefully this proves to be true... https://www.cagesideseats.com/wwe/2019/7/3/20681500/wwe-ditching-pg-rating-win-back-teen-viewers-report Also this past week...not an entirely new story but the Wrestlemania part is... https://nypost.com/2019/06/27/hardcore-legend-tommy-dreamer-contemplated-murder-suicide-at-wrestlemania/ Not that I dislike Heyman but people have overlooked his poor business sense and he did screw over some people. I know that depression and anger can lead you to some pretty dark thoughts so not gonna judge Dreamer. Neither should anybody else as he didn't go through with it.

Never trust a monk.

That's not saying much. Might be another Whittingham type but that was a signing that appeared to make sense and this does as well.
-
Retire then. At least Bentley did that when he tired of being a corporate puppet.
-
I wouldn't be sure about Ashley but know of some other people who definitely would.

I'm not gonna watch something because it's on terrestrial Tv in this day and age. I hardly watch any men's football so I'm hardly gonna spend time watching a bunch of women. Where was the support when Rovers Ladies were denied a deserved promotion by Man United many of whom's players are probably in Neville's squad. Granted that sounds hypocritical because I couldn't have cared less about the Rovers women's team beforehand but at least that's honest. These people watching this won't care anymore in 2 weeks than they did after watching synchronised swimming for about 5 minutes in 2012.

Someone will probably point out it's a "bloody charity" as they did when I noted my dislike for that shirt because of republican beliefs. Well if anyone should start a "bloody charity" it's them! It's more of a figurehead position anyway hardly pouring their own money into the thing.

...and my choice for Mowbray's role would be Jason Wilcox.
-
It hardly seems like a step up unless they are in the Champions League qualifiers. Hardly likely to progress there if they are.

So do viruses.
-
Sounds really ambitious then.

Indeed though it's strange (as noted on Premier League thread) that there didn't seem to be any formal notification of any bids considering Villa Park is an ACV. Of course here people were more concerned incase Venkys wanted to sell the land to a supermarket or something than themselves. It only seems Villa fans became aware a few weeks ago when the company "buying" the stadium was setup on Companies House.
