It is obvious that he was given a lowball contract offer, and a told that it wouldn't be increased, so Travis looked elsewhere once a bid came in If this wasn't the case, why have Rovers not been able to agree contracts in the past year alone with Dolan, Brittain, Tronstad, Hyam,or even Hedges
