You may prove to be right that FFP will be scrapped or the rules eased - but I don't think it's a given. It only happens if a majority of Championship clubs vote for it and even with no crowds I think there will be a number of clubs - like the promoted clubs, Norwich etc- for whom FFP is not an issue. They may see a competitive advantage in retaining the FFP rules as they are.

I think Lambert got frustrated in the extreme about the difficulties of dealing with Venkys and the tortured procedure in getting decisions made - just like Steve Gibson. Lambert's personality wasn't suited to being the manager under Venkys.

The latter means convincing the football genius that is Mrs Desai of the case - just possibly she may not look on the proposal with judgement of sufficient calibre.

I can't see any grounds for constructive dismissal; it's the owners' money being spent so they do have the right to operate the way they do - but ultimately it's not in their own interests.

As you point out it has been happening for window after window under Venkys regardless of who is at Ewood Park. It's the way the owners operate and it makes it tough for our management.

I didn't see the game but with Vardy up top were Leicester actually putting in high crosses in to the box ?
