  1. He's already being tipped by some as the future of the England team. Apparently we had enough money to see us to May according to our repulsive CEO. So why the fuck would you sell our best player for 18 million when he was worth at least double that? At least with Palace he's working with Roy Hodgson who was the man that brought through a young lad called Damien Duff if you can remember. Did he also bring Dunn into the fold as well? Venkys out now whilst we've still got a club to follow.
  2. That guy doesn't know what he's talking about and is a complete SEM shill. @Herbie6590 you have probably forgotten more about finance than this tool will ever know. Start up your own finance podcast, put on a football shirt and talk about united or Liverpool or any of those other plastic clubs. You'll make billions. You can then buy Rovers with all the money, run the place properly, we'll win the Champions League within five years. Piece of piss.
  3. I think that's key here especially with JDT. He was clearly led to believe that the club wanted to actually achieve something. Within 12 months they had totally reneged on any of that and it was back to what we know is business as usual. The real question is, if he'd asked to leave in the summer for nothing then what was the point of keeping him on? I found his public displays of frustration quite refreshing and thank him for shining a light on those that want to remain in the shadows. Our poor form started to really kick in when the already weakened squad was depleted by injuries. He could certainly have been more pragmatic, he was last season after all, but it's clear to see that he'd had enough of the constant lies and bullshit from the likes of suhail and maggot. I especially liked how he just ripped into maggot about the bus on numerous occasions. He always showed the fans respect, he's the only person at the club who's done that in 13 years and for that I will be forever grateful.
  4. Actually sounds totally believable from a club that doesn't have enough shirst to give to mascots.
  5. We couldn't even take a throw in when mogga was here.
  6. He is a detestable wretch. It shows what kind of people the owners are that they employ such a low standard of human being. Venkys, Waggott, Anderson, kean, all just pieces of shit floating in the same toilet. I find the whole lot of them repulsive.
  7. New York Dolls - Looking For A Kiss
  8. I will never ever understand not leaving players on the halfway line.
  9. Difference nowadays is there's so many social media people out there making stories about it. The total ineptitude of this club is now known globally. Trying to defend it now makes you look like a total mushroom.
  10. Seal - Kiss From A Rose
  11. The Jam - Here Comes The Weekend
  12. It was an 11 hour flight from Manchester to Dubai when I moved out of England. Pune is even further so there's over 24 hours just sat on the plane.
  13. Definitely more Yorkshire over in Dingle land. Bastards.
  14. I do agree. But technically BRFC is owned by Venkys London Limited. Keep all protests peaceful, respectful (to the other fans and staff) and LEGAL. The last thing we need is the club being able to spin this out as us all being a bunch of cunts that just want to cause trouble.
  15. Just saw that and was about to post the same. JDT? He's dead to me now. - Chaddy, February 9th 2024
  16. Haha I actually forgot about the gurning chump. How the fuck is he managing to cope with that commute?
  17. Well the very first thing they did was take measures to ensure we wouldn't be a Premier League club for long. Also, king spiv was heavily involved in the sale of the club and from what I can gather found venkys. Also our academy is lightyears ahead of any club that was below us at the time. It's still way ahead of any other in the division, which is a massive plus if you're looking to have shit loads of players in and out.
  18. Excellent. Thanks everyone, I'll need some help deciphering some of this legalese finance garble. I'm only a humble engineer.
  19. The project has never ever changed since the day they arrived. Plod along in the lower leagues. Shit loads of transfers in and out. Keep lossess to the required amount. Keep the spotlight away from the owners at all costs.
  20. Exactly what I'm after. I've got info from news articles but the source documents are even better.
  21. The military are exempt from any climate regulations. Essentially wherever they set up shop they just absolutely poison everyone and everything around them. The other stuff you mention is just symptoms of the capitalist system.
  22. New head coach John Eustace takes control of Rovers for the first time against the club he was unfairly dismissed from earlier in the season. Going for a new manager bounce win here. More important than anything is that we continue to hold the owners feet to the fire for what they've done to this club. I for one will never forget and never forgive them. Venkys out. COYB
  23. Actually the biggest polluter on earth is the US Military. But yes I agree with what you're saying here. An economic system that pits humanity in a battle to the death with nature all so a very small clique of ultra wealthy people can gain even more wealth whilst the rest of the world is annihilated in a toxic holocaust doesn't seem like the direction we should be taking as a society.
  24. Why wouldn't they be the egg's signings? His job is finding the players. He found and lined up Danny Baath in the summer and the owners pulled the pin on the deal. His remit is to find the players that the head coach requests. He has to work within the constraints placed on him by the owners. Hard to find a top striker when all you've got is a pocket full of buttons and a manky banana skin.
