So as I suspected. Rovers totally fucked this up because they are completely incompetent. Then they dragged out an appeal process in the hope of getting some of the heat off them. It never ceases to amaze me how useless these people are.

Agreed. I'm not over the moon like a lot are but I'm no longer in the absolute madness I was after those games. They were truly diabolical and wholly unacceptable.
