The only thing that will achieve anything will be to cause enough disruption to get the games abandoned. Packs of 10 whistles can be bought for £10-15. A whip round to buy a few packs of them and give them out to kids before the game. If you're not prepared to take action to disrupt the matches but still want to protest then just don't go anymore. The only thing that will get any attention is causing problems with them hosting matches at Ewood. If every week the game is disrupted or abandoned then that absolutely will draw a lot of unwanted attention in their direction. This is the only thing that stands any chance of causing them any bother.
