  1. The thing here is that just like with our relegation from the premier league, the things they're doing will obviously only lead to one outcome. So just like that relegation, this year's relegation will be 100% deliberate. There's a number of things they could do. They could sort out their legal issues, which I believe are related to something far bigger than the unpaid tax on a house, they could find a way to get funding to the club or they could sell up and fuck off. They choose to do none of these things and instead choose to downgrade the club and get us relegated. I believe that whatever financial scam they were running, using the club as a vehicle for this, has been rumbled by the Indian government. They were deliberately downgrading things here from day one. They were also involved with this crowd back then as well: https://www.sbs.com.au/news/article/swiss-authorities-say-seized-documents-from-sports-agency-in-fifa-probe/bb951slsq Don't you think it's a bit suspicious that the media take every chance they can to bend over backwards telling us how wonderful our glorious owners are and how we're oh so lucky to have them?
  2. It sure is. When you look at Coventry and Luton's position in relation to turnover the whole argument that you need huge sums of money to succeed in the division are proven to be complete bollocks.
  3. Let's face it, if venkys showed up to Ewood on the first day of the season all the happy clappers would be lining up for the chance to lick their boots. The fact that Ewood is not a hostile environment for swag and shadow man is really quiet pathetic. Maybe a consequence of the majority of people who do care about the downfall of the club and all that has gone on just leaving never to return perhaps? Ultimately the few thousand that rattle around Ewood on the cold Wednesday nights are in the minority. The ultimate hardcore supporters, for better or worse.
  4. By late do they mean 5:30pm?
  5. From the second they got here they were talking about reducing the wage bill (70% of turnover at the time) and were cutting costs left right and centre. Within two years the wage bill was at 140% of turnover and all our top players had either been paid out of their contracts, bundled out in cheap dodgy transfers or were frozen out of the first team. Back then I thought the only reason they had bought the club was to run some sort of financial scam. All these years later I have only seen things that reinforce this opinion. Just look at the people who have occupied the top positions at the club since they drove out Williams and Finn. To get a job at this place you have to be ready to look the other way at all times and be concerned solely with feathering your own nest.
  6. Marvin Gaye - What's Going On
  7. Stick them in goal. They can't be any worse than Pears.
  8. I say ot all the time but anybody that defends them or supports them in any way is not, never was and never will be a fan of Blackburn Rovers.
  9. Slade - Cum On Feel The Noize
  10. Amazing how we have all these heads yet not a single fucking braincell between them.
  11. That save from the Turkiye keeper at the end was unbelievable. Worthy of winning the game.
  12. Where's he at now again?
  13. Still holding on to the hope that they'll appoint fat Frank. Or even better, Rooney.
  14. That saying was never ever true ever. It was, is and always will be total bollocks.
  15. There's being optimistic and then there's being completely delusional. There's a seven million warchest about to be unleashed though according to some...
  16. If you're not going to put it in the side netting then you've just got to smash it. Those three attempts were absolutely woeful and a real shame as they were so close. The three Portuguese penalties were textbook examples of how to take a penalty.
  17. Eddie Cochrane - Something Else
  18. Three absolutely wank penalties from Slovenia and three absolutely class ones from Portugal.
  19. Tell me with a straight face that that wasn't fixed.
  20. The rule of law in India states that if you are under investigation by an investigative body, of which the ED is one, then that body has issue a certificate of No Objection before you can send any money out of the country. Since the ED refuse to do this the matter has gone to court. The bond and the breakdown of costs etc are basically a form of compromise as the judge stated that these things must be in place before any money could be sent. The ED were fighting against this quite strongly. There is absolutely no way that anyone can 100% guarantee that funds will be sent when requested. There is always a chance that the next time the judge may decide in favour of the government. The official statement from the club is deliberately misleading. Even though they don't definitively say that funds can be sent over, they certainly imply that is the case. Either way, despite us raking in close to 30 million in transfer fees last season we'll be spending absolutely fuck all. I'm sure it'll be all because of FFP or some other bullshit though.
  21. If we don't get a proper number one we'll be down by Christmas.
  22. Thanks Hasta. I see now I've already read all of this previously. I'm getting back into my research for the timeline again now that my studies have finished for the semester so am looking into all of this with more detail.
  23. https://dhcappl.nic.in/dhcorderportal/ 1. click on ‘case wise’ 2. change case type to WP (C) 3. Case number is 7966 4. change year to 2023 Fill yer boots
  24. This is the process as I understand it. Like you, I have read and re-read all the court documents. Some people obviously haven't and are misinterpreting vague statements from the club. It's getting a bit annoying TBH. Just read the fucking source documents.
