  1. The rule of law in India states that if you are under investigation by an investigative body, of which the ED is one, then that body has issue a certificate of No Objection before you can send any money out of the country. Since the ED refuse to do this the matter has gone to court. The bond and the breakdown of costs etc are basically a form of compromise as the judge stated that these things must be in place before any money could be sent. The ED were fighting against this quite strongly. There is absolutely no way that anyone can 100% guarantee that funds will be sent when requested. There is always a chance that the next time the judge may decide in favour of the government. The official statement from the club is deliberately misleading. Even though they don't definitively say that funds can be sent over, they certainly imply that is the case. Either way, despite us raking in close to 30 million in transfer fees last season we'll be spending absolutely fuck all. I'm sure it'll be all because of FFP or some other bullshit though.
  2. If we don't get a proper number one we'll be down by Christmas.
  3. Thanks Hasta. I see now I've already read all of this previously. I'm getting back into my research for the timeline again now that my studies have finished for the semester so am looking into all of this with more detail.
  4. https://dhcappl.nic.in/dhcorderportal/ 1. click on ‘case wise’ 2. change case type to WP (C) 3. Case number is 7966 4. change year to 2023 Fill yer boots
  5. This is the process as I understand it. Like you, I have read and re-read all the court documents. Some people obviously haven't and are misinterpreting vague statements from the club. It's getting a bit annoying TBH. Just read the fucking source documents.
  6. When in reality it's Southgate that isn't good enough.
  7. If Gareth Southgate ever asks you if you fancy a game of cards you know to tell him to do one. I've never seen anyone get so lucky with the draws they get.
  8. Can we use the million euros to pay to end Pears' contract now? It certainly wouldn't be the first time this ownership has paid players to leave.
  9. I've seen some delusional shit in my time but this is on another level. Jesus fucking Christ.
  10. All the games England have played in this tournament should have been over and finished after 20 minutes. To not even be able to beat Slovakia in normal time is absolutely pathetic.
  11. He's yet to deliberately relegate the club and sabotage repeatedly any attempt to get promoted. Not only is he not in their league, he's not even playing the same sport.
  12. Funny how these rules only seem to effect clubs like Everton and Nottingham Forest yet the likes of shitty, Chelsea and The Baby Killers can do whatever the fuck they want without any fear of repercussions. It's almost as though the rules that were brought in specifically to ensure the biggest clubs remained unchallenged in their position at the top are being unfairly implemented.
  13. Bang Wharton in there and they'll be a proper team. That's not even a blue and white tinted view, he's just far far better than anyone else they have in the deep lying midfield position.
  14. He's a proper cock but he's a long way to go until he's on the level of what we're lumbered with here.
  15. You mean they've not deliberately sabotaged any effort to get the club into the playoffs and then deliberately try to get the club relegated instead? But what about the FFP?
  16. When he signed for Newcastle Waggot nicked the thirty thousand pound signing on fee. He's a thieving, lying piece of shit.
  17. I missed the old market, it had so much character. I remember going there as a little kid with my grandma an the place was absolutely buzzing. The three day market especially. I haven't been in England for over ten years. It was a shit hole when I left and by all accounts it's massively gone downhill since then.
