The biggest needless issue is the fact they cannot even get or are prepared to pay academy graduates on a couple of grand a week to commit again because they are obviously not even offering them ten grand plus. That's just ridiculous.

Could well be the Tim Sherwood effect, not comparing as players obviously but Timbo was a big character around the club and in the dressing room and so is Travis. A big loss when he went.

Mowbray represents the ONLY successful period in the Venky reign of the last 15 years that's why he is getting one. Even then we had to go to league 1 first but he stopped things getting instantly worse at the time so they should be eternally grateful.

I'd take Adam Hanley back at right back before i'd play Montgomery there at Championship level. Not his fault he's trying his best but he'll get roasted most weeks in either position i suspect.
