The public face of our club. Honestly, it's a joke. He looks like Mr potato head on a bad day. -

The only common denominator for these repeating patterns of falling away sharply is the owners. We've no more crown jewels for them to sell. Barring a miracle next season well be going down -

Who knows what venkys want? They're completely unfathomable. If just wish they'd piss off. It's like having a tapeworm you can't get rid of -
Yeah and I think next year will finally be the year where we go down. And possibly bust

Will these leeches be gone before I pop my clogs? I'm fifty two now, so say in next thirty or so years. I need to know. If they're still going to be here when I'm gone, then it's maybe time to fold up the tent -

Well no, I think it's fair comment from you and others, I've not seen them for ages. I've had to spend a lot of money trying to get my house right, and I've just fallen out of the habit. Well that plus venkys make everything feel unclean. I'm happy to stand corrected. And yeah, it really was a bad one, no argument there. Depressing viewing -

Blimey, well I saw him run to the byline near the revs if the game, maybe he was taking it easy because he looked slow to me then. Maybe there was something in my pre match Guinness 😆 -
Well, not Billy Bremner from what I've read As Jimmy Graves once said, they were lining up in a tunnel and Bremner booted him. Why did you do that bill? Because I effing felt like it. I know he hated the photo but Dave Mackay had the right idea when he grabbed hold of him by the scruff

I couldn't believe how slow Britain. Good man, he's slow. Like he was towing a double decker bus. He's gotta be the slowest full back I think I've ever seen -

That's the impression I got, never mind, I have others 😆 He's definitely on the Ronnie hildersley side of the height scale. I don't know, maybe he flatters to deceive when going forward. But definitely is a liability at times with gifting possession. He's not the only one in that team though -
Never saw him play, but have seen some highlights, looked like he had a grand technique and deft touch. But what has struck with me through the TV footage is what a really nice fellow he seemed to be.

Best war film ever 😁 The book by Geoff dyer about the film is a masterpiece too. But yeah, absolute craphouse showing today. How anyone, even guardiola , could get a tune out of that lot, I have no idea -

I was at the game. That is not a fantastic stadium to attend. Dear me. We're left early because otherwise we would've got tucked in in the car park. First time I'd seen rovers in ages. Cozier duberry is admittedly fast and there is some talent there. But holy moly he is just a liability in possession. Beck has got promise, that was a bit of an in and out showing. Bit of a rough house game, didn't think much of the ref. Gueye looked to be totally agricultural. We just went at the races first fifteen minutes. We just couldn't stitch anything together. We just haven't got sufficient quality in the available players. Although we started to come into it, I never thought we'd get anything from the game. I think Oxford will be ok. They have some tidy players. Just as a sidenote. Possibly I'm an old fuddy duddy at fifty two, but the language is appalling. Singing too fast, singing the same old stuff. I don't know, maybe I'm just old and boring but where has all the wit gone? Football used to be a good craic, now it's all about screaming obscenities and declaring your hatred of Burnley every five minutes -

If they were hoping for the club to go bust so that the books would be buried, haven't they got the right set of circumstances now for this? Otherwise, why the fuck do they still own us? What is it that they're getting out of the whole miserable experience? I just don't understand at all. Too make such a bad fist of it and refuse to let go, it's either stupidity or something sinister -

I didn't see yesterday's game but ye gods, how can any striker be worse than Sam Gallagher? It's a difficult proposition to conceive. And I think the annual late autumn collapse is very much on -

Admittedly Simon has turned his hand to a few things since retiring from the game. But driving an armoured car in a war movie? Really?
