As they’ve had 12 years to “ put a proper structure in place” something tells me that isn’t going to happen. It’s a zombie club.

Any company on the planet would go to the wall within about 3 months if they were run like Rovers.

He’s part of the problem in my opinion. Did we look a well coached team yesterday ? We can’t even get the basics right.

I had bbc radio 4 on early this morning. Amongst the usual Sunday morning god bothering there was an interesting article on the efforts being made at Blackburn Rovers to attract more young Asian fans.

It hurts to say it but “ failure “ is written through the club like a stick of Blackpool rock. It needs a change of mentality from losers to winners. Until the Chokers leave nothing will change. What would happen at your place of work tomorrow if the senior management didn’t turn up ? No doubt there’d be guys like you who would still put a shift in but how many would be picking their horses in the toilets ?

Look at that list - Now try to think of somebody who isn’t on it. That’ll be our man.

This is the way I look at it - Has he increased the number of fans that want to watch Blackburn Rovers ?

Lenny’s not a Premier league standard centre half. West Brom maybe. I’m not a Khadra fan, another one that dribbles when he comes to a pair of feet.

Me too, I’m sick to the pit of my stomach knowing that when we go behind that’s game over, that if any team scores in the last 5 minutes of a game it’ll be our opponents and not us. Sick of when we might have got a 2-0 lead and there’s ten minutes to go mentally accepting a draw because we aren’t good enough to play out a game. We’ve had years of this and nothing has changed.

I agree with you about Hedges playing on the “ wrong “ wing, it isn’t do in him any favours. When I look at him I think “ is he a tricky dribbler - is he a hard running speed merchant, is he a playmaker ? “ I still don’t know, all I see is a guy on the wing that that keeps coming back inside all the time.

You’d have to be like Grayson, desperate to get back into the game before you get forgotten.

Travis and Buckley are good enough to attract clubs further up the food chain.

So we can sell them and bump around the lower regions of the table forever. We’ve three going this close season. That’s the ones we know about.
