No chance of that He's a young boy as TM says More likely to go out on loan

Well I said on Tuesday I was leaning towards the Mowbray out side of the fence and he had 2 games to change my mind. We somehow won one of them albeit in slightly fortunate circumstances so I'll let him dazzle me tomorrow...... I think scoring a few goals will help, hopefully all them 3 men will start the game tomorrow. Literally no idea what to expect though in all honesty, in fact I feel like that almost every game these days. I know we have players capable of winning but we seem to be either dreadful or surprisingly impressive in spells. Might just be blind optimism but I think we'll win 3-1 tomorrow.

We've filled a 32 seater and more after getting involved. Worth going for the Vine alone ?
-
Well that COULD be the catalyst to a decent run, or it could of course be a false dawn, who knows. Had we got beat though you'd be scrambling round to find a positive fan. I dare see we will see Danny Graham start Saturday now

We're playing with 2 at the back. Absolutely desperate times. Sick to death of this season already ????

Like who? Porto? -
Score? Hell fire a shot on target would be a start!!!!

I'm on the verge of signing up as a Mowbray out member now, this second half and Boro game to change my mind Tony?
-
I agree 100% Mowbray himself had noticeably changed, he looks a stressed, disheveled mess at the moment. He seems snappy and quite frankly rude in some interviews. Man under pressure maybe? Or man who's stressed up to the eyeballs and on the verge of losing it?
-
Yeah was gonna say his last visible tweet is a positive one about a pre season win. Its a shame its come to that, but to be honest a team captain needs to be able to take a bit of bloody criticism from a fan.
-
So Mowbray said post match that if he was fit yesterday Nyambe would have been 'involved'. Not sure whether to take that as though he would have started or if he just means he would have been in the squad. I guess by making Bennett captain it strengthens his case to stay in the team though, unless of course he was actually planning for Lenihan to be captain. I wouldn't usually be particularly bothered about the league cup but Tuesday serves an important purpose now. Go out there and bang some goals in for christ's sake, a clean sheet would be nice too. Oldham incidentally have had almost an identical shite start to the season as us and sit joint bottom on 0 points, looks like they didn't fare much better pre season either! If we can't notch a few goals against them then it really is time to get worried.
-
And? We all had an opportunity to watch it super fan ?
-
He's fucking useless, every bet he posts loses emphatically ?
-
You can blame the strikers all you want, where the hell is the service though? Its surely time Chapman got a run out now. Not a single player in that team today frightened their defence, Chapman and his pace DOES, he creates things, he wins free kicks, he is a nuisance
-
What do we do against Oldham then? Mix it up a bit or stick with what we think is our best team? Personally I'd go with the latter. Too much tinkering goes on and we just need to knuckle down now and let the same players gel.
-
I was probably going to give Bennett and William's some credit up until a few minutes ago, then it happens again ? Far from a complete disaster some predicted today but some way to go.
-
No
-
Tbf that wasn't bad at all. Tosin already looking decent and tbf William's is getting the better of that cheating prick as well, embarrassing his play acting. Still well in this game.
-
Has Cunningham had any game time pre season?
-
Yeah you're spot on there Meanwhile 16 year olds have played in the champions league ?♂️
-
Yeah tbf Bennett's good captain material, I just don't think theres a place for him in our strongest team, pretty sure Tony will persist in thinking otherwise though.
-
Johnson is my pick but would also be happy for Lenihan or maybe even Downing having it. Graham would be ok but I genuinely don't think he's gonna be starting a lot of the time this season so kinda rules him out if so. I do not Under any circumstance Want it to be Bennett as that means he's starting. Bennett it is then ?♂️?
-
People need to just relax and wait to see the team news, not just blindly follow what some bloke on a message board wrote it'd be. I do think Tosins debut was always earmarked for Oldham on Tuesday and suspect the same for Cunningham now too. Bennett though, Bennett can sod off onto the bench, cue him bumbling about with the armband on come 3pm ?
-
Please don't

The Cunningham announcement was great to be honest so not sure what you're on about. The onus is more on Wigan to announce Mulgrew, if it's even gone through.....
