  1. Looks like work has finally begun on jetwashing the filthy stands 👍
  2. He may as well not have done if this is all they're going to say.
  3. Fuck me as if this just flashed up on my phone, what a memorable occasion. Fucking rat.
  4. Jesus, people waited all day to read that 🙄
  5. Isn't that the exact wording from the forum meeting?
  6. I know for certain most will disagree but I don't think Pears is anywhere near as bad as people make out sometimes. Over a full season i 100% don't want him as my first choice keeper, because over that period of time he will make too many mistakes. For the sake of potentially a few games though he's an OK understudy.
  7. Yep he or his minions read this board 100% Hi King rat 🖕
  8. They got pasted 5-0 on Saturday off Besiktas in the super cup. When something embarrassing like that happens it's normal for them to make a statement of intent, usually signing players.
  9. Has he even got anything right? Stupid appointment from day 1 if it's him
  10. Really hope we get De Lange sorted, should probably have been the first signing a keeper, but as long as we get it right that's what matters most. Jimmy Hill and 2 wingers on loan would change this seasons outlook completely...
  11. Molla seems very well informed, been following him since the Yuki story.
  12. Aye I know this, and they most certainly wouldn't be described as gentlemen. Gregg did however talk a good game, who knows what sort of guff he came out with to players.
  13. Baker is more useful in terms of he'll have a pop from distance and he offers a threat on set pieces. Travis offers usually average performances and shit-housery. Not much in it really, but as people have said - we need an extra body really rather than a swap. I was reading something last week that said both we and Stoke had made an offer to a free agent midfielder and he was mulling them over. Not sure if it was nonsense or if we've both moved on tbh. I hope its not Fleck. Ambitious move for Dennis Praet maybe 🤣
  14. One thing you're possibly overlooking is that perhaps the "gentleman's agreement" was made via Greg the egg. Who of course appears to have been pretty useless at his job but was well mannered, a gentleman you could say. And now....
  15. You can't play if you're not even in the same postcode
  16. So yeah not the past few weeks. Why do you think he's not playing? There's toys on the floor.
  17. Where you hearing that from? It's the complete opposite to what I've heard.
  18. Why? Or are you just spouting your usual random drivel? They're not exactly European regulars? They only got promoted back to the top flight a few years ago.
  19. I know you're taking the piss but ironically that's the one position they appear to have recruited well in.
  20. I didn't watch it but the twitter feed from the club was constantly mentioning Gueye and Yuki being involved throughout. Friendly or not it was pleasing to see.
  21. Szmodics wants to leave and his head has been turned, he has to leave really now. No issue with that he deserves his chance, as sad as I will be to see him go. Also no issue holding out for the best offer we can get for him if we continue to do business on incoming transfers knowing there's some cash on the horizon. The actual issue I have is the halfwit we're leaving in charge of sorting it, he's probably strolling round smug as anything as we've signed a few players now thinking the fans love him. Sorry Steve, we don't - you're a cunt 😊
  22. MPG for his Peugeot for the season ahead 100%
  23. Bit nervy of random overseas keepers after the last disaster 😳 of course there's the chance of another Kaminski-esque one though. Was Wahlstedt supposedly signed for the first team at AGF as he's not playing I don't think after his calamity debut 🤔
  24. Need Eustace to have a Brum style start really and pick early points up, obviously without getting sacked this time. Derby have been dealing mainly in freebies like ourselves, whether theirs are ahead of us in terms of fitness, not sure. A scrappy 1 nil win I reckon, and I'd settle for that.
  25. There's an argument Gallagher played a part in the success of them too. That being said, he missed a fair few games last season and Szmodics did just fine. Only time will tell if we actually miss him..
