Exactly. The young players bought in on loan must be better than what we have in our academy. For me that’s why the loans of the likes of Elliot have been key. Loaning a squad filler to sit on the bench and have little influence on the game is pointless. I’d rather take one Elliot or JPVH than several squad fillers.

Cardiff seem to have bought very well. Willock and El Ghazi for the wide areas and Chambers at the back seem like good signings. The striker on loan they have bought in could also be a good shout. We had this very conversation at the start of last season though, where would the goals come from. Sammie wasn’t expected to score the number of goals he scored, before that BBD was 1000/1 to score 20. The goals will come from somewhere I’m sure.

Assuming this is in relation to the possible change to base it on house value. Think I read that it was proposed to be 0.5% of the property value.
