If they do sell 12k STs, with walk ons and a standard away following they will be looking at 16/17k crowds for a normal game, with plenty of 20k+ crowds when a decent sized away following traps - just like Bolton. Yet, we will in all likelihood be seeing more c9,000 crowds like we did in the first half of last season.
