  1. No manager resigns or walks after 6 months with no job to go to. If it doesn’t make sense it’s probably not true. A bit like these Wilder and Eddie Howe rumours, if anyone believes those I’ve got a bridge for sale, one owner, overlooking the Thames.. Venkys out.
  2. Lambert has said nothing on the record as to why he left, but in private he's explained why, broken promises, not hard to believe really. Why do you think a manger like Lambert, who was given the chance to take over this fantastic club, walked out after 6 months? He was under no pressure and would have earned more money had he been sacked, but he decided to walk away Unheard of in modern day football? You've always had a soft spot for Venkys Rev, probably in the hope that one day they'll come good. I hope the recent training ground debacle has put that one to bed, they're incompetent at best, crooked probably and they will never bring anything but more misery to this football club. The owners are the problem, not the managers.
  3. Lambert was lied to, he was promised money to rebuild the club that never materialised. Lambert did the right thing and told them to shove the job and walked away head held high for me. They shit on Berg much in the same way, which ended up in the high court and appointed Coyle not Warnock because he was cheaper. Until the owners leave this club we’ll never recover and that is where the focus should be, not Mowbray.
  4. When they came to Ewood they flooded the away end with fake tickets causing hundreds of genuine Celtic fans being refused entry, fought with police and generally behaved like the Rangers fans you're condemning. Just for a bit of balance.
  5. In case anyone missed it, this is just superb. Rangers fans lighting up the Clyde to celebrate the title win.
  6. I'll never forget the feeling going down to Ewood for our first ever game in Europe against Trelleborg, UEFA Cup 94? I was excited for weeks in the run up, I walk through the turnstiles and the place is empty, I thought the game must have been called off. Eventually it filled up a bit, 13k I think the gate was, an awful turnout by the fans, pathetic and this was the season before we won the Premeirship, the club was riding high, the fans just couldn't be bothered. As for the Champions league, those gates aren't to bad really, midweek games, just what you'd expect for me.
  7. I assume that’s Kean you’re talking about and I couldn’t agree more. That rat caused a rift in the fan base, blamed the fans for the team being shit, robbed the club blind, pissed all over Jack Walkers legacy and we have never recovered. The reason Mowbray is here today stems from that rats time in charge.
  8. In what way? Can you give us some examples?
  9. This is brilliant, Rangers fans celebrating winning the league down by the Clyde:
  10. Joshua Buatsi live on Sky tomorrow night. This lad seems to steamroller everyone thats put in front of him, nobody to touch him at light heavy, eventually he'll make the step up, be interesting to see how effective he is at that level and weight.
  11. Joshua v Fury set for Saudi Arabia in August. Wembley is where the fight should be, but money talks.
  12. I'm still not following what any of that has to do with selling Brockhall Rev and Mowbray being involved? Other than the pitch at Ewood has undersoil heating and Brockhall doesn't.
  13. Does anyone actually have a shred of evidence that Tony Mowbray played any part in the proposed selling off at Brockhall? As that fact alone seems to have propelled him from a manager past his sell by date, to scum, as someone posted last night? Its a genuine question as I'm not up to speed, other than the plans have been shelved and it was the Chairman who was pushing this, but its the owners ultimately that are to blame, they own the club and land, not Waggot. Its not unusual for clubs looking to raise cash to sell the training grounds, or part of them, I don't agree we need to sell ours just to make that clear. Sheff Wednesday have just been relegated due for dodgy dealing around training ground sales and where that money went, that was the owner not the manager/managers. If Mowbray has played a part and was due to benefit financially that changes everything, but if thats not the case then he's just another manager past his sell by date in my book.
  14. Coyle was a lying bastard that relegated the club to division 3, are you being serious? Did you watch us when Coyle was manager? He bought pies and cakes for the first team every Friday FFS. Useless.
  15. Comparing Mowbray to Kean the **** is unbelievable to me, the only thing they both have in common is they're breathing. Kean destroyed this football club by lying his way to the top job, stabbing every fooker in the back to get there and was filling his pockets with all sorts of goodies along the way, wasn't his wife done for sneaking gold out of India too? He had that **** Agnew doing his dirty work, he was selling anyone that was worth a few quid and allegedly taking a cut, he waged a war against the fans, told untold lies and bullshit to media about us as a fan base.. The list goes on. Mowbray may have outstayed his welcome, but Jesus Christ comparing him to that **** is an absolute disgrace, did you support the club back in 2011? Do you remember what it was like? I need a lie down....
  16. To get Saturday going with a bang: Kings of Leon - The Bandit
  17. Makes me want to put a Paul Simon track on followed by the Eagles and James Taylor.
  18. Frankie Valli turns 87 today, great tune:
  19. One post where you say you wanted Mowbray sacked in summer 2020, just one and I'll donate the cash? We need a better manager isn't even in the ball park. Otherwise stop slagging off other posters for not calling for the managers head, whilst you sat on the fence with splinters in your arse.
  20. Bullshit Matty, where does it say he wanted him sacked? He's never called for the manager to be sacked, he's sat on the fence with splinters in his arse. He's even arguing with you for backing him up 😂
  21. So to recap, you never called for Mowbray to be sacked, yet you're slamming other posters for not doing so? I'll let the mods deal with you calling me a liar, unless you can provide the posts where you called for Mowbray to be sacked in summer 2020 - £100 site donation resting on it? You've had 45 minutes to search for the post 👍
  22. Can you quote the post where you wanted him sacked? If you didn't want him sacked you wanted him to stay! Its not difficult? £100 for the site?
  23. I’ll give you one more chance. If you can quote the post where you wanted Mowbray sacked in the summer of 2020 I’ll donate £100 to the site for upkeep. Over to you.
  24. Where have you called for Mowbray to be sacked? Can you quote the post please as that lot is just waffle?
