Season tickets 2023-24 - what could/should be offered ?
J*B replied to damo100's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Asked for a reduction, got a reduction, so fair play to the board/management for making the product more affordable to the everyday fan. On a personal level the roulette of when the games fall and the constant rescheduling means a ticket is not viable for myself. I’ll continue as is. Hopefully one day a solution to that becomes part of the proposal. -
Never seen that image before. Lovely.

We’ve no way of working out whether they’re rovers fans, well meaning Sheff Utd fans or trolls. -

Sudden increase in member registrations — likely Sheff United fans. Standby on the report buttons incase! -
I’m sure you’re right but my preference would be for our Champions League winning striker to watch the options and decide who’s best based on his eyes.
-
I’d like a striker who’s first and foremost quality is the ability to finish the majority of opportunities. Hard working, quick, strong, good in the air, good XG, locality — all comes second downwards on the priority list.

Said it before and got pelters, but Sheff United will get pumped at Wembley. Just like we would have. Of course it’s a shame, but I’d rather we prioritised the league. Pears, JRC, Carter, Hyam, Pickering and Travis all exceptional. I don’t see what Morton offers that Wharton doesn’t. You don’t win tight games without a clinical number nine. -
Yeah, just none of the three we’ve got at the moment. I’d sell any of them except for Kaminski if we could get a decent fee.
-
Probably - they’re all equally as not good enough, just one is very small.
-
None of our three young reserve keepers are good enough, especially Hilton who is tiny.
-
A new pitch.
-
Did you read Pears interview in the LET? He’s not happy to be back up anymore.

I believe there’s some more additional stock been ordered - although @Herbie6590 has all the key details. -
Agreed - decision to be made on who gets offered a deal between Kaminski and Pears in summer. The other must be sold for actual money. We can develop a new back up keeper through the academy. The Belgian Giant gets a contract if I’m in charge. Pears still looks physically small if you ask me.

Yes, they’ll attend the semi-final / playoff should we get there. They’ve attended a couple of times in the past 12 months, behind the glass, as has some of their family (Balaji’s son mostly) and they have Suhail (their business controller) based in Lancashire attending every game. They also came when Prince Charles (?) visited.

Allocation is 2,200 including corporate tickets. Burnley upstairs in the Darwen End. Police told Rovers they're happy with the full Darwen End allocation and can resource it if needed, Rovers don't want to risk a pitch invasion (thus upstairs) and don't want to give away a competitive advantage. Also reciprocating the reduced ticket allocation in the reverse fixture.

Feels very Tony Mowbray does that Miller. JRCs best performances have come at right back, so I’d rather we played him there. Play an established central midfielder in centre midfield. -
A recent thing, 3 weeks maybe. He spoke about a few clubs including playing in Chile. Very openly said he was brought up a Stoke fan and would like to play for Stoke one day.

Minimum return with 10 games left for top-six is 5 wins, 2 draws and 3 losses. 75 points. Need to pick up a win here. Pears JRC Carter Hyam Brittain Travis Buckley Thomas Szmodics Brereton Dolan -
Yeah, it was a sky sports thing not a Rovers thing.
