  1. I believe there’s some more additional stock been ordered - although @Herbie6590 has all the key details.
  2. Agreed - decision to be made on who gets offered a deal between Kaminski and Pears in summer. The other must be sold for actual money. We can develop a new back up keeper through the academy. The Belgian Giant gets a contract if I’m in charge. Pears still looks physically small if you ask me.
  3. He’s a Well-Known Member, don’t you know.
  4. Pears Brittain Hyam Carter Pickering Travis Morton Hedges Szmodics Brereton Gallagher
  5. Yes, they’ll attend the semi-final / playoff should we get there. They’ve attended a couple of times in the past 12 months, behind the glass, as has some of their family (Balaji’s son mostly) and they have Suhail (their business controller) based in Lancashire attending every game. They also came when Prince Charles (?) visited.
  6. Allocation is 2,200 including corporate tickets. Burnley upstairs in the Darwen End. Police told Rovers they're happy with the full Darwen End allocation and can resource it if needed, Rovers don't want to risk a pitch invasion (thus upstairs) and don't want to give away a competitive advantage. Also reciprocating the reduced ticket allocation in the reverse fixture.
  7. Feels very Tony Mowbray does that Miller. JRCs best performances have come at right back, so I’d rather we played him there. Play an established central midfielder in centre midfield.
  8. A recent thing, 3 weeks maybe. He spoke about a few clubs including playing in Chile. Very openly said he was brought up a Stoke fan and would like to play for Stoke one day.
  9. Minimum return with 10 games left for top-six is 5 wins, 2 draws and 3 losses. 75 points. Need to pick up a win here. Pears JRC Carter Hyam Brittain Travis Buckley Thomas Szmodics Brereton Dolan
  10. Yeah, it was a sky sports thing not a Rovers thing.
  11. Locked - this is a WDWY discussion.
  12. Pickering did his job there, Dolan didn’t track back until it was far too late. We need BBD on that left side for both his attacking work and defensive work.
  13. This lot - predictably, considering they’re missing their two centre halves and keeper - are dodgy at the back. It’s a game for BBD.
  14. I’m going to start selling magic beans to XG believers.
  15. With the right backing, JDT’s taking us up. I guarantee it. It might not be this season but it happens.
  16. Agreed - this is absolutely tiresome now and the people responsible know who they are. The sniping has put the breaks on a thread which is current, important and worthy of discussion. There's a mute button - use it. If you don't use it, don't blame us if we start handing out bans for constant sniping.
  17. The only signing we made on his recommendation was Thomas. I don’t want to be an after timer - because I hadn’t been told this until today - but it sounds like JDT didn’t approve/wasn’t happy with the standard of a lot of his recommendations through January.
  18. So we’re going to go 21 unbeaten?! In the Championship? Stoke (A) = L Reading (H) = W B'ham (A) = W Norwich (H) = L H'field (A) = W Hull (H) = W Coventry (H) = L Nobbers (A) = W Dingles (H) = L Luton (H) = D Millwall (A) = D 75 PTS, 5th place.
  19. There is absolutely no way on gods Green Earth we go 10 games unbeaten. That’s bonkers, we’ve had a few good games but this is an exceptionally hard league.
  20. Tough place to go to, especially after a big win against Sunderland. Would snatch your hand off with a draw.
  21. It’s worded strangely - the ‘option’ was automatically activated on promotion.
  22. Gallagher looks much better playing as a centre forward.
  23. They’ll slow right down until they win the league at Ewood that lot. Spiteful bastards.
  24. I’ve got an overriding sense of proudness. I’m proud of JDT, our head coach, that has managed to assemble a spirited team and develop fringe players into first team regulars. I’m proud of Aynsley Pears, our back up Goalie that looks completely assured every game. Proud of JRC that I had completely written off. Proud of Carter, another of our own that we have developed into a cool and calm defender. Proud of our captain Travis, who had been out of form, forced to play in the U23s, got his head down and came back a dynamic, forward playing leader. Proud of Dolan, who was released from our neighbours PNE, was pretty average at Clitheroe and now looks a threat every time he goes forward. Proud of Gallagher and Szmodics who work their absolute bollocks off every game.
