  1. Brighton and Irish striker. Good player with PL experience Striker with championship experience, left winger, and centre back who can play left back. Bindon not close to signing
  2. 1000% He did a great job, dignity, honour to the job.
  3. Awful Manchester United tonight. Massive rebuilding job there for Amorim now Lewis Hall, left back for Newcastle, excellent tonight and I hope Tuchel picks him as England left back now. Much deserved. Nuno has got them playing well, Well organised, counter attacking and Wood, Gibbs-White, Anderson, Hudson-Odoi and Elanga all playing very well.
  4. no one is getting excited RF99. I don't expect us to spend £5m on proven striker just to clear
  5. the club hasn't announced everything yet. Jackson might have mentioned something on his podcast today but I haven't listened to it yet I don't agree, I think Leicester would prefer him in promotion winning/chasing team. Well of course Eustace wouldn't know that but he would be told that by Gestede and Waggott. Other than that Eustace wouldn't know How much there is? god knows, We see by the end of the window
  6. No, I attend my first game in September 1993. I'm still the right side of 40 years old yet thanks.
  7. That's what I read, but Cannon would be part of team challenging for playoffs instead of relegation like Stoke are. Plus we can offer to buy at the end of the season. Very few championship clubs can afford to buy him unless promote. Unlikely? We are 5th. We stand a decent enough chance and if we can add quality wide player and striker then it should be good chance
  8. Zirkzee look close to tears there when coming out. United fans celebrating when he was coming off.
  9. Man utd woeful at the back. 🤣
  10. I love supporting this wonderful club Blackburn Rovers and I am so proud to be Rovers fan. I thanks my dad for making sure I was Rovers fan from a young age and taken me to my first Rovers game which was Bournemouth at home in the league cup in September 1993
  11. support who you want, I'm not bothered, For me support Brazil and Man Utd if you want. I'm not assed. I have friends who supported Blackburn Rovers, Blackpool, Man Utd, Man City, Liverpool,
  12. There is some money to spend Blackburn boss responds to transfer link as plans outlined | Lancashire Telegraph
  13. As it does with most recruitment structure. Klopp wasn't keen on Salah but he backed his head of recruitment judgement on him, now look at. Yet Eustace backed the people judgement at the club and as he did with Ohashi, Beck, Toth, etc Eustace will watched them on Video and decided who he wants from the recruitment shortlist just like most clubs do We are 5th in the league, FFS, You would be playing for a club challenging for promote and if we did get promote then they could sell him to him.
  14. It depends who you know and what they reasons for supporting that team It all depends who these people support and why. You can watch Rovers for much less than one ST Who needs to go pub these days to watch football when you can watch it in your armchair with a few beers I feel sorry for you cos you are so bitter and twist for people supporting who they want for whichever reasons.
  15. Yet we have beaten Leeds twice in the league game and got a draw against Burnley Leeds and Burnley aren't has good as you think. I watched Burnley last night and I didn't think they were anything surprised, clearly you think they are. I wonder if they were back Rooney with some signings in January? If they were thinking of getting rid would they have bought Mike Phelan as Rooney's number 2?
  16. Of course I am bias, I am Rovers fan and will back my Rovers. IF that makes me bias so be it
  17. I would be going to Leicester and asking to get Tom Cannon on loan for the rest of the season and if we get promote then we can buy him for a fixed fee. Rumours that Leicester would recall Cannon if they could sell him Gestede confirmed to the Fans forum how we pick our targets "RG added that the system now set up did not in any event rely on any one individual and that work was ongoing in talent identification for the next two transfer windows. Put simply, the process was that John Eustace and the team identified any position that needed strengthening. The team matched any suitable available players within budget for that position and then John would choose one from a short list of 3-5 players" hasn't Eustace said we have money to spend?
  18. I agree but when people can pay a one off fee for less than a one match ticket, it will also be attractive option. I rather go the game, enjoy the atmosphere, get pre match food and enjoy spending time with family. If I can't attend an away game then watch on Sky or its Radio Lancs for me.
  19. It's nothing about positive RF99 but having different opinions and I don't think we should be writing our chances off against Leeds and Burnley, they aren't quite as good as some on here think so. Each of those 3 seasons were very different and we went downhill for different seasons. None were the same. Like I said both losses were tight game and yesterday game, we take our chances we win, if ACD shot in the first half goes in, we win the game, Cantwell scores, we win. That's the fine margins of football Favourites for games on paper don't win. simple as. Eustace can and proven he can set a team up to beat Leeds twice. Only Leeds out of the top 8 won yesterday. This league is unpredictable as ever and why I enjoyed it so much. I watched Burnley last night and there is nothing to fear and they aren't that good. Same as Leeds. Just to remind you again, we have taken 4 points of Leeds and Burnley
  20. Trying to get a ticket for Liverpool or Manchester United is much harder then for us. You neend to a member first, then people who have been going longer get priority, etc, then add cost of ticket, travel cost, food and drink, etc. It's expensive trip for once game Given they can watch their team at home, with no hassle of travelling, parking up, ticket cost, food and drink cost, etc for less than one match ticket cost? Which one do you think some fans will choose? Watch every game of my club for £50 for the year
  21. The example I gave was a family who were born in East Lancashire born and bread. Your bitterness is clear here. People can choose whoever they want to support. Thank God we don't live by Mattyblue law on who you can support.
  22. Wrong. They aren't dickhead at all, it's there choice. So for example if a Manchester fan who now lives in East Lancashire cos their missus and children want to live here, so the children are Manchester United fans now cos of their parent is, are dickheads? Interesting comments Matty
  23. I believe in my club and this set of players and John Eustace I will never predicted against my club not picking up a win or draw, nor will I ever bet against my club. Rovers 1 nil Ohashi to score.
  24. Its down to each fan to decide who they want to support for whatever reasons. They don't have support their local club. I support Rovers cos it was the team and club where my dad took me to and it was his club, I have never once regretted supporting this great historic club
  25. Why won't Batth be here next season? O'Riordan needs a loan where he will be playing
