  1. When we played them I didn't think they were anything better than mid table
  2. been playing on the right winger and left winger.
  3. Are Watford going to over achieved when they constantly keep sacking head coach all the time. Plus selling their only bit quality again this summer from reports. Why not back Cleverly and given him some funds. I'm sure they will be sacking another head coach in 6 months time. Maybe the penny will drop and they actually build something and give a head coach time to build We have over achieved the past 3 out of the past 4 years. Most people predict a relegation battle/lower mid table finish last season
  4. whilst I am not a Stanley fan, I do wish the club wish and do think it should be major part of the council strategy for the community and used as hub for the community. Every town club should be trying to expand their revenue streams outside of match days events. Yes not vast amount of employment but still employing staff especially at this tough financial times. Its a couple of local residents but why would you moved next to the ground in the first place is very odd if you don't like noise, Kike I said before I lived near the stadium and my uncle lives next door to the stadium and has no problem with the club trying to expand its activities, Also I believe Council has done on match days with some restrictions according to Holt
  5. Rovers after Charlton player Thierry Small https://c.newsnow.co.uk/A/1272612344?-11198:839
  6. Another great night of Premier League darts
  7. https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2025/may/08/yuki--the-support-means-so-much-/ Yuki Ohashi thanks the Supporters for their support since during his first year here
  8. No angry in it. No point getting angry about anything. Not solved out. Just be calm and collective about it and find the best solution to the situation.. I dont agree with sacking Cleverley by Watford owner and given more sales and little investment in the summer surely their is staying up and nothing more
  9. Yes he does. He is still funding the club despite not being a director of the club 250k a season. With cost rising and that taking its toll on all businesses it can't be easy decision On Coley's bar was a way to raise extra income for the club, investment in the local area, employed more staff and growth the local economy. Don't think there is love lost between him and council now. I know some councillors are trying to get the club back onside and used it as the community asset in the area. What a town football club should be
  10. Did I say that? But maybe on some things these paid professional head coaches actually can see that we just watching the game.. Never said Hedges was one of the best players at the club did I!! I said he is good squad player and the 3 head coaches have picked him most of the time he been fit Just excuses to back Your opinion. The last 3 head coaches mostly picked him. Wonder why? They valued him a player and what he brings to the team.
  11. Highlighting the quality of him and also why the last 3 head coaches have picked him regularly. Wonder why? Cos they valued his quality and has the attitude they like. Was has Ismael picked Forshaw over Buckley as bench centre midfielder ? Wonder why?
  12. Angry? 🤣 another utter bizarre comment from RF99. their squad quality is lower middle team and their owners will look to sell their best 2 players
  13. Back to Standards bollocks. Hedges is a good squad player who brings experience but also can different positions. RF99 didn't mention the great weight pass by Hedges for Ohashi's goal at Luton or his run at Sheffield United that help created the goal there. Plus when fit, JDT, Eustace and Ismael have mostly picked him. Wonder why that is? Why does it actually matter that Plymouth release him to come Here, why make such a big deal of it? Was it his fault for all those defeats or you dong mention his goal that help us secure a win against Plymouth, no mention of that either just all the negative points?
  14. Andy Holt has more than that club but it doesn't help things with Council doesn't work with you and use the club who is biggest community asset in the area to grow and invest jobs, etc
  15. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c4g3gxdpyweo Abit more background on Watford owner and they will sell more key players making sacking Cleverley more bizarre decision
  16. Markanday isn't good enough. He ain't good enough
  17. Explained why my opinion changed on Ismael and he proven my opinion was wrong. I can hold my hands when I wrong. You don't asked other members who had similar opinions as me. Why not ask others. You wouldn't tho. I have made my opinion on Watford on Cleverley sacking just like I did with WBA sacking Mowbray far too early in my opinion
  18. You would! We didn't make playoffs cos we didn't pick up enough points. Simple as. We made progress on the pitch this season compare to last. Pass most expectations where they thought we would finish. Pundits all wrong.
  19. Yet again Matty I posted my opinion and my reasons for that opinion in the appropriate thread
  20. I have made this point several times. I think Ohashi season was very good and expect him to kick on again next season
  21. I posted my reasons for that opinion on why we should sack in the Valerien Ismael thread(got 28 likes for that opinion) and he has proved me wrong which I am delighted and 14 points from the last 6 games. start with a clean sheet next season, lets he can start the same way we finish the season
  22. very impressive from him. Good movement, some good goals and more than impact in his first game
