Yes I am aware of their league position and results but they are a number of factors for that like losing their best 2 centre backs for a number of games, Solanke missing, at times Postecoglou's tactics. They could win a trophy if they win the European comp they are in. Semi final in the league cup. Wrong, I don't but I dont have a problem with clubs picking their head coach appointment based on their squad and what style they play. Just like I agree with the head coach only getting involved in transfers at the players shortlist stage and not before hand. Have we? In his last 2 jobs played 4-2-3-1 and mostly played 4-2-3-1 in the first 6 games here. Next season he might go to back 3 formation if he still here. I wouldnt play back 3 formation as my preference is 4-2-3-1.

Coventry and WBA have been poor since the international break which was my point during that break, Rovers needed to hit the ground running after the international break yet we haven't. Which is huge disappointment for me and something I find annoying from him and the players I don't think Ismael thinks this squad is good enough for his own style he wants hence why we don't see since the international break a pattern of play and some style of play but we just some disjointed since then.
