  1. That's why I would be very open to allowing Ribeiro to leave and keep Hedges and Pickering as wing back for the left side plus Powell to back that up.
  2. I'm not just listing players as you suggested but the reality of what the situation actually is. I asked you a very simple question of, so do we not register Carter or Wharton then? no response again, just ignored again. Do we let Carter go then if he such a waste of space as you suggest? We had the option to not play these injured players like Carter and Wharton, get rid if you want. I would be tempted to get rid of Carter down to injury record. I pleased O'Riordan has been recalled and for one we need 1 more centre back signing. That's enough for me, Plus add Miller, Litherland and Atcheson to that. Yes Rovers have decisions to make over some players and given the comments from Ismael on this, its appears some will leave and that will allow us to sign 3 or 4 players. I would sell Gueye, Ribeiro, De Neve and Tyjon go in this window. Would keep Pickering as left wing back option with Hedges. On Henriksson and Tavares, I wouldn't write them off at this stage. We need to find what role Tavares is going to play and Henriksson I would give him the rest of the season.
  3. no we have 24 cos we register George Pratt when we recalled him
  4. The county game needs massive reform. The biggest problem is the hundred. That's take up all of August when you should be playing 2 or 3 test matches then. We should always have 7 test matches summer.
  5. I explained my reasons why I won't boycott/missed games. @StHelensRoverpost was a very good one and I respect that post I respect your reasons for not attending. Thankyou for the last comment, much apprenticed
  6. very good post and can I respect your choices you have made and how hard this decision is. Its not easy decision for anyone. The reasons I will continue to attend and not do a boycott are these, I have been going since August 1993 and I have been STH for over 25 years, I won't allow the owners to stop supporting my team. This is my main social activity with my bro and nephew. Plus my missus went through Cancer in the last 18 months and that told us, never stop enjoying life and doing the activities you enjoy doing cos none of us know how long we got in life. The players need support and backing from the fans. Can I please say again, I fully respect anyone decision who has decided to walked away, or boycott games. That must be very hard decision to do and I respect that one, we all have connects to Rovers and we are all Blackburn Rovers supporters at the end of the day. COYB 🔵⚪
  7. I would imagine O'Riordan will play on the right of the back 3
  8. You failed to understand that we can only register 25 players and we are now at 25 players will O'Riordan being recalled and will be available from the 1st of January. So do we not register Carter or Wharton then? meaning we can't play them. What your plan RF99 Yes we need to get rid of players to bring players in and register them by end of the window. Looking at the back 3, we would move to Miller to right wing back position now, so that's leave us with these options McLoughlin, Pratt, Wharton, Carter and O'Riordan. Plus Litherland and Atcheson. So 1 centre back signing is more than tbh, any more is just wasting our money even if Carter would move on. I feel we actually play better with Pratt in the back then Ribeiro in there. Going forward, Rovers have decisions to make over the future off Gueye, Ribeiro, Pickering, TGH, De Neve and Tyjon before this window ends.
  9. O'Riordan has been recalled by Rovers. Doncaster boss confirmed this today. Pleased by this
  10. Where am I pour cold water on people not going? Its their choice. Its a personal choice. I have posted my thoughts on protest and what's gone on in the past seasons of protests/boycotting/etc. I also posted supporters who are still attending and why they are. I asked people around me about this boycott call or NAPM campaign and what they thoughts on it. You attend on Saturday, did you ask people around you about it? No I said I take a break from it. A few days. Its was Josh's post that interested me alot the other day.
  11. Hence why I thought it was Sheffield Wednesday decision
  12. Gueye, Garrett, Barrett, one of Ribeiro or Pickering,. Do we keep TGH on loan? that would give is 2 or 3 spots for signings. One of these signing could be under 21 aged signing
  13. I think we deffo need another striker and centre back signing. maybe a wing back depending on Miller and Litherland plus getting rid Gueye for sure, maybe De Neve on loan. Maybe Ribeiro and keep Pickering
  14. Pears communication skills is something he lack. He needs to louder and shouting from his position.
  15. Rowett couldn't get them higher but I'm not sure that squad is any better than relegation choices. Will be interesting who they actually appoint. Michael Beale would be awful choice.
  16. if we could get that starting 11 on the pitch then its be top 6/challenging for top 6 2 short? we got Miller, McLoughin, Wharton, Carter, Pratt, plus possible O'Riordan on recall then add Litherland and Atcheson surely 1 is enough. Plus we need to factor in the 25 players register rules. We only have 1 spare spot currently unless we move players on
  17. Won't this be a decision by Sheffield Wednesday not us?
  18. Supporters want to carry on to back the players inside Ewood Park. You are never going to stop people buying from the club shop or concourse what was the replies?
  19. Michael Beale in the frame for Oxford job
  20. Still doesn't command the box and communicate enough. A couple times he did this. He had a go at Pratt for a back pass but he should shouting at Pratt to clear it if he doesnt want the pass back. Toth is our number 1 and if fit should always start
  21. channel 4seven, on Sky channel 137
  22. I can see totally your point but can we rely on Carter really. I like Pratt as part of the back 3. We seem better defensive and more organised when he plays as part of the back 3. Litherhand really interested me on Saturday and he could have scored within 3 minutes of his debut.
  23. fair point. Its does suit us and we a better team with 2 up front now. I still would like the option of going 4-2-3-1 sometimes but the 3-5-2 formation seems a better fit for how we want to play but also Ismael. I like playing 2 strikers and Cantwell in the same team but we need to bring another striker in January plus another in the striker to give us 4 strikers and plenty of options.
