  1. I think Leicester want Potter long term from the media reports I have read and Potter won't return to Football until the summer. So They could have left Rodgers in charge for rest of the season. but they sacked him. Yes plenty of clubs at all clubs seem to sack a manager/head coach with no proper plan in place, but some clubs do have a plan in place like Brighton when Potter left, they went for De Zebri who was their first choice.
  2. Anyone watch or watching Night agent on Netflix? Watched first 2 episodes and excellent watched so far. A new series starting on channel 5 on Thursday at 9pm called Rabbit Hole starting Kiefer Sunderland. Could be good watch
  3. Leicester City seem to only want to offer a contract till end of the season. Then reassess depending what league they are in. Seemed very few managers want to take that sort of contract on. What I don't get is the planning before sacking a manager make sure you got one line up to come in. Leicester didn't which surprised me.
  4. I meant Kids going to School, etc. so 1 late night shouldn't be problem. That was the point.
  5. Yes I agree. The entire team created some great chances and opportunities plus controlled the game from minute 1. It was good attacking performance
  6. interesting. I am undecided at the minute and depending on what formation might decide cos I like how midfield 3 and front 3 played but I would like Thomas back in the starting 11 cos of pace and width he gives the team. Yes he played well. If he does start I'm not sure its experimenting but picking someone in form and confidence is high
  7. and that is problem right cos of what? Yes Sky have picked the game for TV coverage
  8. Its different for sure and maybe Some Rovers fans who can't attend cos working Saturday day time it will hopefully attract them to come to the game why? nothing to get up for on Sunday.
  9. He carried on playing after he sustained the injury so surely this is only as precaution action
  10. I would say Morton is at fault is at least for coming out from the 6 yard line into no man land. He walked away from the man he was marking. Pickering was marking Pearson who also got a free header in. JDT picked Pears so clearly didn't think he would be fault as he suggest he would be so and dropped
  11. Szmodics also had chances in the first half.
  12. Calm and ready for the Hull game already Don't take him on, I very much enjoyed reading your summary of the match and your opinions on the game. Yes from JRC twice and Szmodics Lets win against Hull first
  13. so you wouldn't start him against Hull then?
  14. where is the confidence and self belief in your club and backing JDT/Players?
  15. So I see they were plenty of twists and turns today. Its still in Rovers' hands and we are still 6th. Now lets go and beat Hull now
  16. I watched the PNE Reading game 1st half. average
  17. Reading score against PNE 1-1
  18. there is no reason why we can't beat them. They are decent side but nothing more. Play like we did today and we will match anyone at this level
  19. Watford 2 nil up at Coventry
  20. Like I said Mercer, I think the easy call was Gallagher not Leonard. We have to agree to disagree there. Yes, Leonard did impress in his 30 minutes sub appearance. It will interesting how we line up for the next game against Hull.
  21. shows yet again Another owner and boardroom with no forward planning who they would employ after sacking manager. We seen this with Leeds and other clubs at PL and Championship over the years
  22. I agree that the team is still fighting and playing for JDT. Its was big call by JDT bringing on Leonard when the easy call was Gallagher. JDT has few decisions to make on the formation for the next game, and who he picks whether its Thomas back in or BBD or Dolan drop out and does Leonard start?
