  1. cos of its fair cos people want to see games that have some meaning whether its challenging for promotion or relegation or derby game. The EFL clubs including Rovers wanted more TV revenue from its TV deal. Sky aren't the problem here as I and others have pointed. I don't see myself as bottom of pile at all but if we are doing well and challenging for promotion we will be on TV. Simple. Games being moved don't bother me like yourself who has major issues with it
  2. I watched the City treble as I thought they deserved it. Pep is a great manager. Not sure about any fans coming around the idea Firstly, I don't find the PL boring at all. Very exciting and enjoyable. Teams like Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea will always compete with those 2 clubs. You can have all the money you want but if you don't buy the right players, have a proper footballing plan and right people in the Sporting Director and head coach roles you won't achieve anything like Everton being a prime example. not for me, keep the English teams playing in the PL and keep making PL the best league in the world
  3. I wonder if he going to take over from Waggott in the coming months?
  4. Not part of the current contract. From next season Sky will announce every TV from start of the season until Start of January to reduce the inconvenienced for some fans. Can't do that far for a number of reasons like FA cup, before the starts you don't know which teams will do well and be in the hint for top 2, top 6 or relegation battle. Sky wants to coverage the teams in these battle not a mid table between PNE and Birmingham for example
  5. Well it's going worse after this season. I don't have any problem with kick off changes. They don't affect me. With others it clearly does
  6. Hopefully as if we successful and in the promotion hunt we will be on alot. I would imagine the home game against Leicester will be on tv.
  7. I wonder if it will Black and Grey halves or Black on the main with grey sleeves?
  8. Depends whether they bring in players he needs for his style of play plus their new director of football Jason Wilcox believes in this style of play probably why they gone for Martin
  9. Yes Sky have picked 4 games for coverage of the opening weekend. Premier League starts the week after. if price right we could attract 5k walk on's. Plus Rovers continue to make good solid signings this summer.
  10. thanks for all the work you done in given us the number. I would expect a surge towards start of the season and people have had their summer holidays and want the Rovers fix
  11. Happy with that WBA game first. 3pm kick off. Sky already picked their 4 games for that weekend
  12. of course I'm not happy and would have like to see Season tickets prices at least £100 cheaper than £379 that was the original price. I was against the price increase after the early bird offer. Some people are going through tough time financial at the minute and going to Ewood Park is their release for a couple of hours from that
  13. we have sold more than we did last season unless you are using the overall sale figure from last season.
  14. please Leeds or Leicester first game of the season please
  15. Thankyou fair enough and thanks for answering the question true Bowlers shouldn't bowled no -balls at all. There is no reason to get so close to the line.
  16. Fair enough.. To replace who in the top 6? Or if Board didn't ball that No-ball
  17. Most of today was fitness tests and exercises based clearly to see
  18. Wasn't the problem in this test. Bairstow's batting was good in the test. Took a great catch he did but miss other opportunities. Top 6 picks itself so it's between Bairstow or Foakes? Bairstow is the better overall player..
  19. Really? 🤔 Exactly Gav as I said repeatedly tonight
  20. 10 wins in 12 games under Stokes means it does work and is working. Our biggest problem was poor fielding and not taking our catches. nothing to do with the way we batting we could have got 50 runs or 2 runs. we does don't know. But I find quite fascinating that you, Ewood Ace, Jim or K-Hod are actually looking at the real reason why we lost this test and it was not taking your catches/stumping plus taking wickets on no balls
  21. I don't think Root or Brook were reckless at all. Bairstow and Root misjudged the ball. Brook tried to play a similar shot to one he previous play. Ali was nowhere near the ball so you call it reckless if you want. I would call it stupid to come down the wicket to that ball
  22. exactly. This new era of Stokes and McCullum we continue to play positive cricket and and winning cricket as you said, sadly we know that some people wouldn't like it if we lost their test and would loan and complain about Bazball when actually it has nothing to do with it. Our fielding was the main problem and bowling no-balls
  23. improve our fielding and stop balling no-balls and we will win and get the Ashes back the person blaming bazball is people like you which we all know was coming if we lost the first test. instead of actually looking at the game objective and the proper and real reason is our failure to take our chances like Bairstow's miss stumping or Broad's no ball
