  1. Rory 4 shot ahead, 9 holes to play
  2. The Indian case isn't against Rovers. Is that correct?. Does it indirectly affect us? Yes. 2 different points.
  3. Shocking start for McIlroy
  4. Well done Man Utd. What a mess that squad is. Major overhaul needed. At least their fans are quiet these days Newcastle are well balance team and good watch for a neutral
  5. Ok thought you were unhappy how we played and how we won that game. I posted what I thought before, we were solid, organised and discipline performance. Making sure we didn't cut open and conceded first. I'm not over concerned about the lack of chances being created yesterday cos My biggest concern was conceding early goals. Yesterday we didn't, score first and won the game. You want your strikers to bring different qualities and in Gueye and Ohashi bring that. We can also played them together like we did against Luton at home or on Tuesday against Sheffield Wednesday, You want different options and both of them give us that. In some games you want Gueye to start and hold the ball up and put crosses in and in some games you want to press from the front, you want your striker to make clever runs in behind/down the channels. You need plan A, B and C if you asked me we have played Gueye and Ohashi at times haven't we? Luton at home, Derby away or Cardiff at home or Sheffield Wed at home
  6. So you didn't enjoy us scoring and winning yesterday? Did you not jump up yesterday when we scored? Yes recent result have been poor and no one has said otherwise but I am pleased by Tuesday comeback to draw and yesterday win. Also delighted for those supporters who went yesterday and pleased we won for them smash and grab? really? First half performance was about solid and tight denying them space and stopping them knowing that we only needed one goal to win this game. We were strong at the back and discipline even more so after the red card. Ismael and the players adapted so much. Also didn't we have 2 more chances second half. Luton are a direct team and we kept Ishiah Jones Quiet and he even took Morris would suggested the game plan was working and they didn't have a plan B Luton. Do you think that the game plan was wrong and what would your game plan been? Or Gueye's confidence is abit low at the minute. Could have scored if Dolan had pass instead of shooting
  7. Lets not forget it was first game in 2 months so I would let him have the rest of the season starting games
  8. quality finish that yesterday with the outside of his right foot
  9. I would like Toth in the next 4 games and given yesterday was his first game in 2 months, can't be easy coming in with lack of game time. I do agree if Toth is staying then I would look to experience keeper but if we are looking for 2 keepers signing then I would look for younger type of keeper(20-24) and then more experience one (29-32) as signings if it was me
  10. Matty is right and I agree that I would bet majority of Rovers fan base is outside the BwD area
  11. cos Rovers have said they aren't going millions pounds signings like Gallagher or BBD or Rhodes, But we are shopping in free, loans and looking for gems for low fees like we did with Ohashi, Gueye, Karbgo and Toth. That what Rovers board have decide to do with the budget. I wish we spend more money on transfers fees especially on a new keeper and right winger this summer but we shouldn't turn our nose at a good free transfer signing or quality loan signing like Beck the wage bill is roughly the same according to the clubs accounts on companies house website over the 5 seasons it covers. season 19/20 - £25.6m season 20/21 - £25.7m season 21/22 - £24.4m season 22/23 - £25.8m season 23/24 - £25.4m application-pdf
  12. Boro should have been challenging the top 2 this season with that squad and I still think they were crazy to sell Latth and his replacement has done very little so far. Down the bottom of the league is getting interesting and it could be three from 8 teams now.
  13. Has it always been for the last few years and quite a few of those signings have proven to be good/ok signings That the market we are and its about bringing in players who can play the way we want.
  14. From what has been reported in a recent weeks that Amorim wants to get rid of both keepers and bring in his own keepers. The rumour is they want Brighton keeper Verbruggen has their new number 1. Brighton have Steele as number 2 keeper when he was not injury, so I see Pears being number 2 there in similar way to Brighton
  15. The team stuck together yesterday. They fight, show grit and defending very well. Ismael changed the formation after we brought on Forshaw to back 3 with Ribeiro and Dolan has wing back and 3 centre midfield with Ohashi or Gueye up front. Show some tactical awareness so that is a plus. Its his win and he got the gameplan against Luton spot on. I am very surprised how poor Luton has been this season, I tipped them to win the league but at no point have they looked like it. They look the shadow of the team that played in PL last season. Matt Bloomfield has a massive summer ahead there whatever league they are in I mentioned it yesterday, our first win there in 23 away league games at Luton
  16. 3 cracking goals there for Tranmere. keeper no chance with any.
  17. Winning for their supporters who backed this team by spending their hard earned money supporting their club up and down the country. Good enough reason
  18. Great win, Ohashi scoring the winner and clean sheet. Very happy. Good to actually win a game of football. Ohashi took his goal so well but good weight pass by Hedges.. Montgomery unlucky to get sent off but did well overall. Toth, clean sheet. Willing to come for the ball. We need to work on that attribute now. Delighted for those Rovers fans who gone to a game. Very happy journey back. Our first league win there in 23 away league games. Delighted tonight 🔵⚪️
  19. The Sheffield United haven't be able to deal with Plymouth going for it which surprise me for Wilder's team. Plymouth's head coach was proactive with his subs and change the game
  20. Lets hope he can proved his worth today and show why we signed him. Still need to replace Pears with a better keeper, maybe even 2. Not every signing works out. Should have gone for De Lange last summer We need another striker that gives you different options and playing Ohashi has a number 10 with Gueye/another as the 9. What can't you get here. Karbgo has sorted that left sided problem but we need 2 right wingers signings this summer unless Dolan decides to stay which I can't see. I reckon he off to Derby Yes we need a number of signings to replace loans and I would focus less on bringing in more 2 players and if our young players are good enough, bring them through I would suggested you actually LOOKED at the comment I made in reply to yourself which was actually this "I would say its been a mixed bag of good, decent, ok and poor over the 2 windows." yet you again have made up comments which was never said. so why keep doing this
