What football authorities are going to be seen or what unseen irregularities? Also how do you forced owners of private owned business to sell? -

chaddyrovers replied to DE.'s topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Ismael clearly has his own ideas how he plays to play here next season and beyond which is interesting. He also see it an opportunity to shape him own squad next season and beyond. I hope he is support in this -

Won't that press conference be tomorrow and just the normal pre match interview? Plus given the social media world we need live in, clubs have their own social media channels compare to 20 years ago. Plus apart from the LT and BBC Lancs who else would be there? -

What an utter and completely over reaction by some to Ismael's letter where he trying to forge a connection with the fan based. Just like JDT and Eustace did. What is people problem. -
Valérien Ismaël: Blackburn Rovers Head Coach

I know you can't do anything but focus on these possible red flags like you did all the time. Your own choice who also them given Luton position in the bottom 3. No red flags or risks when he left but you have no problem backing him for the job. Sacked in the playoffs and 9th. Watford is shit show given they had 9 head coaches in 4 and half years. Plus WBA sacking 2 managers in the playoffs. FFS. Maybe both clubs should have shown some patience and not be so trigger happy. I told you my concerns yesterday. What more do you want? -
Valérien Ismaël: Blackburn Rovers Head Coach

He had a plan B against us when losing 1 nil bringing on 2 strikers and won the game 2-1 And won th9th in the league is his least successful spell. Hardly ground breaking is it. FFS It's allow Rovers management time to interview and recruit the right candidate to be our next head coach. What don't you understand? -

He played 3 at the back at Barnsley and WBA but at Watford he played 4-2-3-1 formation and mixed style of play. He is tactical adaptable depending the players he has. -

Happy with this appointment overall, He knows this league very well, been n the playoffs place before, adaptable tactically depending on the players he has, Disciplinarian' off the pitch and form a leadership group of senior players. (The last 2 points I've posted is mentioned in Elliot Jackson article on him). This appointment seems for the short term, but also the medium and long term given he has been a 3 and half season. Lets hope he can get us a playoff place. People will mentioned his times at WBA and Watford and being sacked there, but lets look at when they sacked him, they weren't in poor league position or facing relegation battle. they were in 5th and 9th FFS. I wish him all the best @MarkBRFC, you mentioned in the other thread why Gestede and Owen were involved in the head coach selection and what experience they have. I would say that given their role at Rovers, they will have massive say on this appointment along with Pasha and Waggott, but also making sure they can work together as a team. Owen has alot of football experience with football, Gestede whilst in his first football role, This is his first big decision in his role. @lraCyou mention this in the other thread, so why not have someone lined up with time too, especially with the prize on offer. Whilst I get the understanding of what you mean, Given that Eustace was still technically here when we won at WBA game and Plymouth game under Lowe, it bought Rovers should time to interview candidates and from Alan Nixon has said in his reporting of the situation, it appears that the loss on Saturday speeded up the process of bring in the new head coach. Why didn't we have a mini shortlist of replacement to go, maybe we did or we didn't, I can't really answered that one, maybe we had 2 or 3 potential targets but none wanted to come form different reasons or Rovers wanted to go down interview process like a few Championship clubs have done this season. The honest answer is I don't know -
No. In my opinion, Waggott took control of the manager situation before that QPR game and in my opinion Eustace was interviewed and got the job. GB wasn't involved in that process. Sidelined in my opinion. I dont think anyone expected him to leave for Derby. Plus also Gestede and Owen also have a big say in this current head coach appointment in my opinion. Also Lowe winning back to back gave Rovers time to speak to a number of candidates before finalise their choice.

Firstly, we were facing relegation under JDT, Maybe Rovers talk to other people, just didn't leak out. Plus other factors in my opinion A football club is at the end of the dag a business and it needs to be run like that.

Exactly Paul, thats how it is works

1 or 2. Whitehead was his number 2 at Watford. He is out of work so I think he will come in as number 2

Most head coaches bring 1 or 2 staff with them. They don't have entire staff to bring with them.
