My point orignally was we didn't sign those 2 players cos we signed Taveras as our midfielder signing Yet our wages still above our turnover in 23/24 financial year(118%), hence why they want and need into increase income coming in from commercial and sponsor revenue. You are correct that we are lower end of wages and we have wage structure but we need to be careful cos we can't offer our key players the sort of increase of wages to get them to re-sign here tho we can't be reckless and offer them more than we can afford otherwise other players will demand much more. leading to problems. Our key players around 6 or 7 should be on a certain around 16k to 25k, then your next 6 or 7 players should be around 10k to 15k with rest below that but with incentives bonuses in all contracts based on appearances, goals and clean sheets.

Secondly as Ismael has said we can replace players who leaves but you can't keep signing players after players without letting players leave. Stockpiling players isn't an option No my opinion haven't waivered on Michalski, Montgomery or Tyjon. You got to understand that these young players will have up and down, but you need support them at the right time and give them kick up in the arse sometimes but that all point of developing young players.
