No. In my opinion, Waggott took control of the manager situation before that QPR game and in my opinion Eustace was interviewed and got the job. GB wasn't involved in that process. Sidelined in my opinion. I dont think anyone expected him to leave for Derby. Plus also Gestede and Owen also have a big say in this current head coach appointment in my opinion. Also Lowe winning back to back gave Rovers time to speak to a number of candidates before finalise their choice.

Most head coaches bring 1 or 2 staff with them. They don't have entire staff to bring with them.
