  1. Preston are bringing in Everton striker Tom Cannon. Barely played any football yet. They brought in Parrott in the summer who is again young striker who scored 1 goal in 13 games.
  2. I still think selling him would have a negative impact on the club chances of getting a top 6 place and playoff place. If you are going to sell him then you need replace him with left side attacking player and striker aswell What type of player is Hakon Evjen?
  3. Nunes wasn't offside. One of the problems here is that the TV cameras wasn't in the right place. I am not a fan of VAR and yesterday decision isn't the first time we seen get it wrong
  4. Rovers want 15 mil for BBD and that's the asking price https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/20972437/newcastle-everton-west-ham-leeds-ben-brereton-transfer-blackburn/
  5. Blackpool were very good today from what BBC Radio Lancs were saying. shame that the Blackpool game won't be on a Saturday now Forest put more than enough quality in that team whether its was with summer signings or players who got them promoted last season.
  6. Shearer is the best striker I've ever seen in a Rovers. then probably Roque Santa Cruz and then Matt Jansen/Mike Newell. You forgot about Yakubu I wonder if its Hamer from Coventry. Could be overseas target maybe He will release the story in the morning as he always unless the Sun publish it on their website tonight
  7. He scores at Premier league level already. 24 goals in 49 PL games for mid table team. Sounds like he is good enough for top 6 team now
  8. Sure I didn't recommend signing him at all during the transfer window
  9. All the managers apart from Ancelotti have seen a declined in league position whilst spending millions and millions on players. Until you back and stick with a manager and give him a couple of seasons plus have a coherent transfer plan and policy you will keep going backwards. I would stick with Lampard for the rest of the season and that my opinion.
  10. Posters on here have said we had money to spend more than Mowbray was saying publicly. Who were these kids strikers then? Why didn't he take a risk on one? Why didn't he go back in Maja who was available in January given we could afford him in the summer so why not the January window given the budget is set for the season? Biggest fan? I did think he deserved to see the season out since he got in the playoff hunt but still him being one of the main problems why we didn't get top 6. We finished 15th that season with Armstrong, Elliott, BBD, Gallagher and Dolan. Season 20/21
  11. interesting move. Will be interesting to see how it goes for him.
  12. I don't the full story on this betting irregularities and if they are right. I think Toney would be good addition to those squad. I have outlined the problems at Everton and the fact the problems are bigger than Lampard and the players but the owner and his trigger approach to managers(similar to yours imo) and lack of coherent plan from him. They have wasted a lot of money over the last 6 years. Has the trigger approach to managers work or not? I would say its made it worst and the biggest problem at the club. The players are playing for him as tonight performance shows.
  13. He wasted Giles and Hedges should have been in the team earlier than he did. He balls it up last season by his stubbornness and unwillingness to adapt and change tactics and how we were playing. Mowbray overthinks the game at times and that's this biggest downfall for him Who says we could only sign a kid on loan for the Striker position? How do you they didn't provide the funds for him to allow him to sign more players than he says? The owners allow Mowbray time and patience to build a team and the fact he finished mid table with Armstrong, Elliott, Gallagher, Dolan and BBD was that really good enough?
  14. Thanks. Didn't Everton have scouts at the Cardiff game watching BBD? I wouldn't take Kharda back. Too much of a show pony for me. I wouldn't mind Hardie as he seems a goalscorer from what I seen which is limited. Wouldn't cost much. Who would you like us to sign? We will have to see if he leaves us for another loan somewhere else.
  15. Players are working hard to me so that point seems invalid to me.
  16. Valid point You seem very trigger happy wanting managers sack quickly and you don't allow them some time and opportunity to bring in players and improve things. I have listened to Talksport at 10pm when I been travelling to work and I have heard fans asking for Jones to sack at Southampton or Potter at Chelsea or Lampard at Everton. Everton's problems are much deeper than the manager and the fact that the owner is trigger happy and in 6 years as had 7 different managers/head coach plus 2 different Sporting Director plus incoherent transfer policy over those years. Maybe it time they actually stick with Lampard and allow him to build a team cos sacking managers over the last 6 years hasn't done them any favours has it? Fair points but I would say teams like Everton, Southampton, Leicester need signings to stay up like Everton need a goalscorer, Southampton need experience with a young squad and Leicester need a centre back and centre midfield. Whilst West Ham need to allow Moyes time to gel that squad after backing in with over 100 million on signings in the summer
  17. He isn't good enough and I agree with the point that @Mashed Potatoesthat he is another one who is yesterday man living on past glories. He wasn't the right signing for them in the summer when they should have gone for Toney from Brentford as I suggested they should have done. Havertz is the main striker at the minute and he has done well so far but need help and support now I think they need to stick with Potter and back their man with signings but also time and patience. I would also say they are going for new direction under Bohely, Vivell and Potter buying young exciting players and they need to allow those to gel and settle into the team. I am talking about a striker who Chelsea need and would improve them and put less pressure on Havertz.
  18. RIP Luca One of my favourite PL players and always people liked him. I remember watching him for Juve in the early 90's on channel 4 watching Italian football on there.
  19. Chelsea need a quality striker and if I was them I would be going for Toney from Brentford
  20. Yes I do. Everton need to back him with signings to stay up. I belief that Everton problems aren't just with the players or Lampard but the owner just throwing money at the problem but no proper plan from him wrong. I said my top choices were Eddie Howe or Graham Potter. I said in 4 years people like Lampard or Gerrard might be potential choices if they perform in the next 4 years might be candidates
  21. I read this rumour yesterday and I wouldn't take less than 10 million. If we are to sell(which I wouldn't as I think it would massive impact on our promotion) we must have replacements like up like left side attacker and striker aswell. I would be looking at Todd Cantwell from Norwich, Dembele or Lowe from Bournemouth for left side attacker. Striker someone like Jerry Yates from Blackpool or Undaz on loan from Brighton Was never coming here. anymore more on this? Simms can't come here due to playing for 2 teams this season alreadt
  22. Put plenty of effort in the games. The entire team put in the effort and performance against Cardiff
  23. He will get a league 1 club for sure since he had a decent season at Portsmouth there.
