JDT explained that if he changes formation to 4-2-3-1 then Dack might have come on unless he was going to come on for Hedges and play on the right. He only played about 96 minutes of football since joining us and before joining us he barely features for Leicester. I think there is plenty to work with from what I have seen so far. Stewart is out of contract this summer so might be cheap signing come January or even next summer on a free transfer Dolan had already gone off by that time. -

I went on 2 Cardiff City fans site early this afternoon and most were shocked by the sacking, and they said he needed more time and was building something. You have to allow a manager more than 9 games in charge after backing him 17 signings in the summer transfer window. They seem to have no plan who they want to replace him with, and it appears to me that the owners of the club sacked him cos they lost to bottom of the league. They are 4 points of the top 6. -

Brighton have appointed their new manager in De Zebri Brighton & Hove Albion (brightonandhovealbion.com) Manchester City have built a club there and a very impressive group of football clubs around the world. Arsenal and Spurs will challenge Man City for the title this season now. Liverpool is struggling at the minute -

another strange decision to sack Morrison after he kept them up last season and overhaul the squad then sacked him 9 games in. What were Cardiff owners' expectations for this season? -

Arsenal have been very impressive today at Brentford. Haven't allow Toney to get into the game at all -

who says the fee is 5 million pounds to sign him permanent. GB and the recruitment team do the scouting and researching players for signings then GB and JDT select who they want to sign. I think Hirst is going to be hit here, just need to get match fit and score that first goal. Been looking at Sunderland striker Ross Stewart to sign either in January or next summer. blimey, let's get Hirst fit and ready to go over the next 2 weeks but I would be selecting him up front as number 9 against Millwall -

I don't see how he fits into the front 3 if we are going the front 3 like we did against Watford and Luton. Do you? I can see Dack and Gallagher going there in January transfer window. Maybe Ross Stewart from Sunderland coming here of course, it's makes sense if JDT can't find a role for him. Plus, unless you were going to take off a centre back yesterday for Dack to come on I don't see who else you were going to take off for him to come on. I disagree that the squad is weaker than last season and, in many ways, we shouldn't be looking even comparing for lots of different various reasons. I haven't written off the season already, but I think we could get a playoff place come end of the season. Kompany was taking over there weeks before he was announced as their next manager. Also, he is working with players like Roberts, Brownhill, Cork who were PL players last seasons and he has signed a couple of players who knows how he was to play like Cullen and Harwood-Bellis. Many of his signings from Belgium aren't starting games yet. Plus, they are only 2 points ahead of us so far. On the coaching staff point, Yes Lowe, Benson and Johnson all remained here but JDT, Reijnierse and Rosen all came in. Look at how long it Farke to implement his ideas and style of play? a full season. So maybe a season or less. We see in future months Maybe give Hirst more than 96 mins of footballing before we say he not a good centre forward. He was Rovers first choice for the striker signing. -

Dack liking tweets like this isn't going to impress Rovers management and JDT one bit. Rovers's media team will inform the management of this incident. Dack has to earn his place through training very well and performing in games. -

Fulham looked very impressive and that goal by Joao Palhinha was great strike by him. Marco Silva has them playing really well and causing problems for all teams. Forest under Cooper is a work in progress, and I see reports this weekend that Forest wants to give him a new contract there. I enjoyed watching Son's goals yesterday and how he played after being dropped. The scoreline was harsh on Leicester overall but I don't see Leicester getting a better manager than Rodgers to be honest unless they convince Pochettino to take over I would keep Rodgers in charge. -

Good morning, everyone, I have seen highlights of the game, we created 2 very good chances and BBD done well but I do wonder if Dolan should hit it first time when he comes to him after the clearance went to him. Hirst should have done better but he got into that position, and I see that has encouraging. On the 2 goals we conceded, the first goal Dolan should do better against Bell, Hyam should stop the cross or better effort and Ayala should do alot better against Morris. On the second goal, I would like to know where our 2 centre midfielders were cos one of them should be closing that down. I still would have like Scott Wharton to come it down must quickly that he did. I have read comments about us playing it pointless around on the back, my opinion is we are doing this cos we are lacking available passes or runs in front of them, so they keep the ball and pass it between them. We need move movement in front so they can pass it from there much quickly, runners in behind the back 4. I would like to Buckley restore to the line-up and give us that passing midfielder in the midfield position, and I would also move back to playing 4-2-3-1 formation (which I prefer myself seeing us playing) for the next game against Millwall. People said why didn't Dack come on in the second, but where would you play in the front 3 given we are we playing 3-4-3? Would people had took off a centre back for him and change to 4-2-3-1 formation? or play him on the right of the front 3 in place of Hedges? or just not bring him on at all? I've seen some people's comments on here saying they cannot see how JDT wants to play and style of play. I would say really? Look at the games like QPR home, WBA home, Blackpool away, Stoke home and Watford home you can see clearly how he wants to play with one touch passing, movement, pressing high, etc. This is new style to alot of the players so clearly taking time for them taking it on board and learning it. Rovers and JDT need more time on the training pitch to keep working and developing these principles of play as JDT say it. This required time and patience from everyone. If you had said to me a day before the start of the season Rovers would be 7th after 10 games considering the overhaul in staff including players, coaching staff and other backroom staff including a new footballing structure of Director of Football and Head coach then I would say we are good shape and plenty of positives to look forward and work on in the future. I would also add look at Farke first season at Norwich when they were in consistence performance and results wise but the next season, they were brilliant when the players and team understand how he wanted them to play and the playing style and formation. Yes, they are some negatives at the minute like consistency problem of performance and if we conceded first, we don't look like back into the game apart from Bristol City game. My main is not being to get into games after conceding first. Hopefully in the 2 weeks we can work on this in training and work on it mentality aswell. -

now JDT and his staff now have to 2 weeks to work with the players, so I am confident we will see a very good performance and win against Millwall. Enjoy your evening guys -

Look at GB and JDT comments from the minute they walked in and they have mentioned it's project and even this week JDT was saying this side will get better over the season. I posted a link in other thread his comments or 5 wins from 10 league games 😉 -
