We know from the LT time line that 8 candidates were interviewed last week. Now for me, Waggott and Pasha should have said these are 3 we want to Second interview to the owners. The owners authorise this to happen on the Saturday. So you line up the 3 candidates to be interview on Sunday and Monday Morning at Stanley House for example. Then you speak to the Owners by phone or video call/skype to recommend who you think the chosen Candidate should be and then you arrange a meeting with that candidate and his agent where you agree personal terms, footballing budget and how many staff they can bring in. Plus show them around the Club ground and training ground.

I don't mind the interviewing process at all but its the time it has taken now. Today should be day we should be announcing the new head coach and allowing him 10 days to bring his own staff in. from what we know that LT is telling the fan base that the club has interview 8 candidates whilst you have Glen and I seen others on other social media sites saying Farke is first choice and he has been talks with Rovers owners for over 2 months. So I question what the hell is going on at Blackburn Rovers and who is actually in charge of this head coach search and the process behind it. Where and who Rovers look at now I don't know tbh.

Its will be very interesting few days now where Rovers go with their search for our head coach. Let's see who get link to our head coach job. Now its appears that Farke has gone elsewhere and Carvalhal has gone to the UAE. So where do Rovers look now and where are looking for the next head coach? I don't know who I want to be our head coach but I know who I don't want tho. We need this next appointment to be show of intent and ambition plus someone who can build on last season 8th finish and get us into the top 6 even top 2.

I have read the LT article twice now and it said that second interviews will be 3 candidates and its that they haven't approach anyone in jobs. I would guess Cocu and Woodgate have made it and I wouldn't be surprise if someone like Grayson or Xisco Munoz is the other one. I am gutted that Farke appears to be going to Gladbach and Carvalhal gone UAE. Both would have been great appointment and a sign of intent about promotion for me. Plus would attract fans to buy ST for the coming season and beyond.

No Farke coming here according to the LT Daniel Farke is also out of the frame, with the German understood to be in advanced talks with a Bundesliga club, having been linked with the vacant positions at both Schalke and Borussia Monchengladbach.

If we are still interviewing and speaking to candidates after the bank holiday then it is a utter shambles by the club owners, Waggott and others involved. We started interviewing 5 candidates and we see Michael Beale and Carlos Carvalhal from that list find other jobs. The process is now taking far too long and we don't seem able to put a first choice. This week should be about finalise your first choice contract, signing that contract then unveiling him to Media and Fans on Wednesday, the week after should be about bringing in head coach staff, sorting our pre-season training and friendly schedule plus appointing in a sporting director. I guess it come back to the trust issue and not trusting people at the club. If that is case then either trust Waggott or replace him with someone you do trust. Thanks to everyone who has posted what they have heard about our head coach search and who has been interviewed or not over the past month or so. I know Glen Mullan has me ignore but thanks to him for posting the info he has tho also If we do appoint Farke then I would be very happy with this decision and its appears that the owners/club/management has learnt that we need a quality manager if we want promotion which is what we should be aiming for under Farke. Yes it might take a couple years to get promote under him. I think he would deffo suit out squad and I think we need 6 signings of quality this summer to take us to that next step of promotion. A right back if Nyambe doesn't re-sign, centre back, 2 midfielders, left winger and goalscorer. I will take it we will be appointing a director of football to work with him as Farke is more of head coach then traditional British Manager. At Norwich, he had Stuart Webber who sorting our recruitment and he made quality signings cos of the quality of the recruitment department. I would expect Farke will bring his 2 or 3 trusted staff with him. I also wonder if he will go back for Bobby Mimms as GK coach from Norwich where he is working with their youth teams. interesting question but I think Farke would still UK settlement status here from his time at Norwich. If he hasn't then I see its hard for him to have any sort of relationship with the new guy surely cos he didn't actually interview or appoint him. Yes correct that Carvalhal has gone to the UAE. QPR are set to appoint Villa coach Michael Beale as their next coach now after a similar lengthy process to ourselves and speaking to several different candidates there

That is where your assumption that I believe every rumour is wrong as I have told plenty of times before. I have just read(last 20 mins) the rumours now on about them on here. I have been out this afternoon at the cinema and for tea at the pub. It was very enjoyable time. Like I said in my previous post who knows what is going on with our search currently and who our first choice target is. The next few days will be interesting and excitable if we can make an appointment and announcement this week

Blimey, what a busy afternoon and evening of different rumours and speculation around 4 different candidates on here. So who knows what is actually going on. Plenty of talking seem to be happening but no final decision who is 1st choice.. Its time we appoint the best candidate whoever that is. what are you going on about now? Carlos Carvalhal would be very good appointment and fits our squad, tactical aware, develop young players and knows this league. Would you be unhappy if we was appoint then? the guy who rubbished from Everton TV has deleted that tweet now btw. Wonder why?

Top Gun Maverick is a great movie with good interesting storyline. I would recommend that movie to anyone. Also looking forward to seeing new Jusarric Park and The buzz lightyear movies in the coming weeks
