Well if you are aware of FFP Rules and read posts by JB and Phili then you will acknowledge that we are close to breaking the FFP rules. Yes I agree that a better and more connection CEO with the community would have properly engaged with the fanbase over the years and find out why people have stop going now. I have a few people that I went with during the PL years that have stop going for various reasons like family reasons or stop going cos the way the club is run by the owners, etc. Yes Venkys are totally responsible for hiring the manager or the CEO into the positions. And after 10 years they should have in place an experience footballing CEO in place who they trust to make decision without seeking approval from them about every decision. But they don't and the owners have to approve every major decision. The owner appointed the manager through a certain agency still instead of choosing from wider and more experience choice of manager. I can see Mowbray bringing him back. I wouldn't myself but with finances tight I can see Norwich given us a cheap lean for him. Venkys aren't willing to keep funding the club at the current level plus we have to meet the FFP limit otherwise we face a proper full embargo next year. So this year is going to be tough one going forward. Yes we have young squad but we also have a squad that has talent like Brereton, Buckley, Dolan, JRC, etc. Plus who we sign. I disagree that this is like the summer under Coyle has by now he had signed some players like Graham, Stokes, Hendrie. Yes we could do with a centre back and centre midfielder with experience but its appears that we cannot afford their wages currently. I think you need 2 formations at this level so if our 1st formation is 4-3-3 and 2nd formation has 5-3-2 then I think it is sensible from Rovers. Swansea under Steve Cooper last season had 2 formations and Bielsa at Leeds has always had 2 formations. I also don't get that you are over complicating by having 2 different formations. Footballers at this level should be able to play different formations. Cos Buckley has huge talent and its time we develop him as a player and build the midfield around Buckley and Travis

I would take Ainsworth in a heartbeat as Rovers manager. Hasselbaink has shown he can set a team up quickly and get results at Burton last season. As soon as the owners said that Mowbray was to remain as manager for the coming season he should have said I want to make changes to my coaching staff and make them. Travis shouldn't be playing the holding role but driving the team forward with his runs . He should be box to box midfielder for us.
