Firstly, I am very sorry I didn't reply to your question. On why the owners haven't replace Mowbray for underperforming this season? I don't know is the only answer. With Pasha in the country right now, hopefully he has advised the owners to change manager at the end of season as change of CEO. Hopefully Pasha is currently interviewing for a new CEO of the club. Like I posted almost 2 weeks ago, I would have sack Waggott, Mowbray, Venus and Lowe from their roles at the club during the international break. Appoint Slivester and Cheston as acting Joint CEO of the club until a new CEO is appoint. Adkins has 4 promotions on his CV. 2 with Scunthorpe United and 2 with Southampton. I want the club to a manager/head coach that can take us to the PL. Thats could be Hughes or Wilder or Neil or Ainsworth or some Foreign head coach or some young and up coming manager like Davidson. I dont know. I think our midfield mix isn't right and With Douglas and Nyambe as full backs. I think we might have been better playing 3-5-2 this season Its depends on the squad you have and what's suits the squad. Our current squad doesn't suit the way Mowbray wants to play. So he needs to adapt

I would look at it that way. The only player I would be upset about losing massively is Rankin Costello. I have watched his development at the club over the years. Always impressed me I agree that the owners don't understand Football and how you have to make quick decisions at times, If I had my way Waggott would be gone also. There is plenty of good footballing experience CEO's out there who could replace him.
