I would say Mowbray(until this season), Bowyer and Lambert were all decent/good appointments

I've been very impressed by the job Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has done at Burton. Worth a look for us imo. Had a massive impact on them since joining them in terms of results. Other choices you could look at Uwe Rosler with Rob Kelly as his number 2 if you want an overseas head coach with English football experience. Then just look at the out of work British managers out there currently. Some good or decent options. These are :- Chris Wilder, Mark Hughes, Neil Harris or Gary Monk.

You miss off an important one, Mowbray doesn't do results cos he is performance based manager Mowbray. What a 🤡 he has become now with comments like that. Can't defend him or his comments anymore. wrong again. I was against us signing Ben Whiteman or Marcus Maddison for the past few summers. I mention us signing Toney in our 1st season back at this level. They are some good players at league 1 level but last summer we didn't sign enough players from overseas and instead sign some players who has turned out ton be awful signings like Ayala and Douglas.

Look at Pilkington who went from Huddersfield in League 1 straight to Norwich in Premier League under Lambert. Plus you are basing your opinion on what 1 or 2 games you watch some players.

I watched last night show Joe which was very interesting and enjoyable to watch for people. I agree we have to change the change the system whether its 4-4-2 or 3-5-2 or back to 4-2-3-1 with target man type up front like Hugill who might be available on loan or permanent with Norwich set to get promotion with Windass or Nick Powell(who is out of contract I believe) in the 10 role. Or in front 2 of with Yates, Humprhys or Fletcher with a target man type like Hugill or Diédhiou/Assombalonga (who both are out of contract this season) We have to change the system and the way of playing somewhat. I would prefer we played the we did under Hughes when he was here.

I see it as a 2 way thing. Venkys need to communicate to us and learn to understand how to run the club with proper experience CEO running the club who is properly engage with the Club fans along with a proper modern footballing structure.

This is one of the main reasons why Mowbray has to go. He had 3 years of squad building and backing of 20 million pounds financially from the owners for transfer fees plus wages and we are no better off league position wise and there is some damming stats of Mowbray's squad this season. These being not scoring in 24 first half of games out of 41 leagues games, 1 win in 15 games, lack of goals of set pieces, the number of chances we created each game.

Our recruitment department would have idenfity the players we should be targeting but its down to Mowbray to choose his 1st choice signing for each position. Its huge summer for the club.

Yes he did to Andy Bayes as I have said several times on here. We improve last season. This season we havent improve and we have been awful at times as certain stats will tell you
