I've see highlights of him. He seems a very different to Armstrong but someone who could get us a plan B or even start in a front 2 with pacey striker. Its can a disaster but just look successful its been for Norwich. Alot of PL clubs have then. We have a manager now in charge of footballing matters and the recruitment of players has been appalling to be fair, the manager isn't accountable to anyone at the club I think we would be better served with director of football operations and head coach who he selects. Also a lot of foreign head coaches aren't used to be in charge of signings or even involved in recruitment. Plus with a DoF in place its allow that head coach to focus on the training and tactics on the field and get results right. It's all depends on whether we could get Wilder or Hughes in who wouldn't a DoF in place or an coach who wants that in place

I agree with bring in a new CEO with no connections to anyone at the club or even promote Ian Slivester who is very experience in Football. He can't be any worst than Waggott and Shaw can he? Venkys should have had a director of football operations for years now. I am in favour of us appoint to oversee the football operations. He would be in charge of signing players, contracts and negotiations of transfers and players. Then appoint a head coach for on the field matters like Training and tactics. Like I keep saying you can keep blaming them if you want. These owners have financially backed Mowbray to achieve promotion. He has failed this season to achieve it despite his own comments that this squad is top 6 quality. Plus other stats that show how bad we been this season. So hopefully they will act shortly by sacking Waggott, Mowbray and Venus. I did give post a detail opinion into why I change my mind on Mowbray and wanted him out on the 18th February the day after the Barnsley game which we lost.
