I agree with this Dom. A manager who will bring through our own players from Academy and can use the transfer market probably. Danny Cowley and David Artell would fit that bill for me if we arent using the HSH list to pick from. If we are then Coventry manager Mark Robins is the obvious one in my opinion apart from Steve Cooper

It;s seem that after the Shebby/Shaw mess they trusted HSH sports agency to find the new manager. Will they again? I don't know. Only one name from HSH list that we seen posted stand out apart from Steve Cooper and that is Mark Robins from Coventry. Wouldnt be keen on Pulis after his time at Sheffield Wednesday But look at how long Wigan has been in administration for over 6 months and yet to find a buyer. Any new owner would need to finds 20 million pounds to run the club a season. Is any potential owner willing to fund the club a season? I dont know.

Well I agree that it would be great to run proper recruitment process and interviews a shortlist of candidates(that's why I suggest a 5 man shortlist) through our CEO at the club but for some unknown reason Venkys prefer using HSH Sports agency for the last 4 managers. Why that is I dont know? Yes Warnock was all set to sign here pre Coyle so why run a proper recruitment process interviewing Warren Joyce, Russell Slade, Nigel Adkins and Neil Warnock if Coyle was going to get the job. Was Cheston authorised to run that search for a new manager in the 1st place?

Bbrovers suggested Carrick hours before JHrover's post. I said he was very unrealistically suggestion based on a few points one being not HSH client, wages and another why would he leave Manchester United 1st team coaching staff to come here. Nothing wrong with being realistic with your views and suggestions on the next manager. Clearly you have a problem with that.

The answer was a honest one. We used one agency for our managers..so discussing Manchester United first team coach as option for coming here to replace Mowbray is deluded to be frank. How am I hindering the search for a new manager? Is the messageboard running the search for the new manager, talking to agent, discussing terms. No it's not. Mowbray is still here and likely to be so until at least end of the season. We know that Venkys like Mowbray and they dont sack people they like as @Kamy100has told the messageboard.

He looked good against Stoke,Boro and Luton. he shouldnt have been sent off against Boro for me as I said at the time. How do you we had little time to train on it? We could have been training with that formation for a couple.of weeks. Unless you are spying on the training ground daily you dont know.. Last 4 managers all come from the same agency. Why would that change? Not lazy but realistic to suggest that the next manager will come from them.

Yes both were poor but with them being young they will be poor in some games. Branthwaite look good in first few games. I cant agree with Raya comments. We were right to sell him in my opinion. I really hope you renew your season ticket next year and we are allow to attend games properly. Lack of ambition? 😂 Danny Cowley would be one of first choice..he is young manager but has been successful in career at Lincoln and kept Huddersfield up in the championship with a poor squad there. He would a very good choice for our club I have great pride in my club and always have even through the Kean days I never let him take away my pride or belief in my club.

Has Henry gone to Bournemouth yet? Gerrard wasn't on the 1st team staff at Liverpool when he moved to Rangers. Lampard was recommend to Derby by Harry Redknapp and he accepted the job after talks there. Redknapp also recommend Lampard to Ipswich before Hurst was appointed there but he rejected it due to funding. In my opinion, Michael Carrick is a very unrealistic suggestion. We can't match his wages he is on there and why leave Man Utd 1st team coaching staff to come here. I came up with 5 realistic suggestions for the manager job when Mowbray leaves. But the all likebood is we will chosen someone from HSH Sports agency. anyone from that list take your choice?

Harwood-Bellis played the right centre back role in back 3 for much of the game with Lenihan and Branthwaite with Bennett as right wing back and Douglas as left wing back. Harwood-Bellis move to right back when Dolan came on Bennett and we went 4-4-2 I don't see the problem in changing formation last formation in a bid to change our bad run around. Plus getting Gallagher up front in a front 2 was good to see and him playing with Armstrong something I would keep against Forest. And how do you know we did it to suit Pep and Ancelotti? Inside info? For me, Bennett did ok in that role so say it was his first start since his injury in which games has he played wing back role and what was the results in those games? well we did change shape when Dolan can on for Bennett we went flat back 4 and Dolan and Rothwell wide. With Evans and Elliott in the middle with 2 up front still

And do you honestly see Carrick leaving Utd to come here as 1st manager job?
