Let’s face it, it’s quite possible we will win or two between now and the end of the season, but that makes no difference to the bigger picture. We, (again), had a manager who, with the right backing in January, could’ve had us in with a shout of promotion. Winning a few, end of season dead rubbers is meaningless.

Gestede is being groomed (ooer Missus) by Waggott, and has shown himself to be a tit in the past, so I have no problem with him being included. Another who should be nowhere near the corridors of power at Rovers. My gut feeling is that he was the one who fancied Ismael.

Good post, but I think it would need a few positive results in tandem with the miscreants staying away in order to boost attendances. I am in the “Not a penny more” camp, but as I am an existing season ticket holder, I was still planning to attend remaining home games this season, anyway. I’m sure there are others like me, but also people who are long - gone, and may not even return if the ownership changes.

I’ll miss chatting to the people I sit near. I won’t miss sitting in a more than half half empty ground, or the Venkys sympathiser who sits behind me. I look forward to retuning one day if / when this lot finally go. I would definitely return if that ever happens in my lifetime.

Agreed, although I get it why some will still want to attend, for one reason or another. As bad as it’s been recently, I will still miss going, but I’ve decided not to play the game anymore. What is the point, really, when the owners and their hired goons have no ambition or desire to drive the club forwards? The best case scenario is treading water in the Championship, but next season is shaping up to be far worse.

Not covered themselves in glory today, but cost not the issue for me. I’d happily pay more to a regime with the club’s and supporters best interests at heart. People are being robbed for their loyalty.

For anyone heading to Portsmouth, I suggest sparing yourselves the misery of the game to visit the excellent Naval Museum. Then maybe a little sail over to The Isle of Wight.

I’m with you. Even if the price is reduced I won’t be renewing. Being conned out of slightly less money is irrelevant in the bigger picture. Season ticket money will still help to prop up a poisonous regime.
