Senior was a plausible chancer , whose CV was not good ....Probably had an ulterior motive to become involved (Football agency ).... He could have been rumbled , more likely realised there was nothing left at the club ..

The first time I saw Aston Villa play was a 3rd Division game in in 71/72 ,I think it was a draw 1-1 with Terry Garbett scoring for the Rovers .. The 2nd time was a 5th Round FA cup tie in 1980 ....And the subsequent replay at Villa Park 4 days later .. Happy Memories , will we play them again?? Only if Venkys leave !

I would be surprised if any other permutations ....The club deserves to go down and has been to set up to fail , since the day these cretins rolled up ... It will continue to fail until the day they leave ... Anyone who thinks any different is deluded...

I think thats due to the lack of talent in midfield , we create very little... The forwards , with a proper supply line , I think would score enough goals .. Your last sentence is 100% , correct !

Have a look at the goals against column , Goalkeeper , defence and midfield are not championship standard ....We are capable of scoring goals , we have this squad til Jan , relegation will follow !
