  2. Seems very harsh when he was clearly responding to the video I posted the context of which was clear from the post I quoted when doing so.
  3. Is this definitely the case?
  4. Roy Hedgehodgson I’ll get my coat…

  6. PNE accounts now available for year ending 30/6/23… Year ending 30/6/22 season tickets 7557 average crowd 12501 ticket revenue (season and match day) £3,011,000 Year ending 30/6/23 season tickets 11981 average crowd 16,269 ticket revenue (season and match day) £3,853,000 I don’t know how much of the revenue came from cup matches but at first glance this would seem to support the theory that… Cheaper tickets can = bigger crowds and more revenue. Edited - not sure how I ended up quoting Mattyblue.
  7. I know 😁 What I meant was how does the standard of the Belgian 3rd compare to that of the German 4th?
  8. Does anyone know how that compares to the division Telalovic came from?
  9. ‘Since the beginning of this new season, Kiankaulua has been moving mainly right aisle in a 4-1-4-1. He can also play on the left when a pure left-handed like Najib Bennour evolves to the right’ ‘Vicky Kiankaulua has a good quality of passes, but he is also very interesting in the tactical approach. It creates a lot of differences which allows it to quickly bring the danger and to have time to make the right pass.’
  10. I expect you’re right but usually Chaddy believes what the club says so I’m wondering why he doesn’t with this one.
  11. Very true but it halves the chances of them (Venkys) trying to pull a fast one 🤔🤨
  12. I was thinking it would mean just one set of negotiations to end up with both the club and the training ground.
  13. But he said the O’Brien deal was his fault - do you think he was lying?
  14. It wouldn’t change the sums involved but wouldn’t it be better to buy Venkys London Ltd?
  15. I’m not sure we’ve the cash to splash out on him.
  16. How about a bloke called Jizz? 😁 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jizz_Hornkamp
  17. JDT said both players were having scans today so I doubt this has come from any official channels.
  18. I wondered that too. I don’t know if the information is there and I just don’t know how to find it or whether those details don’t need disclosing. Perhaps someone with more knowledge than me can let us know…
  19. This isn’t something I feel I have the knowledge to really help with. I have taken a quick look at both club’s set of accounts for the period ending 30 March 2022 and what does stand out to me is: Our turnover was higher (£16.6 million vs 12.4 million) The overall staff costs were very similar (us £24.4m, them £23.9m) Our ‘other operating expenses’ were considerably higher (£9.9m vs £4.2m) We had player trading of + £6m, PNE’s was only +£300,000. PNE’s owner’s issued a further £14.4m of shares - I can’t find our figure but I seem to recall it was in a similar ballpark. PNE offset £3.3 million of their losses by way of reducing the overall tax payable by their owner’s other companies (I think @Mashed Potatoes pointed this out yesterday). I afraid I can’t help anymore than that!
  20. Yak Gilsenan
  21. I can’t see any of those scenarios happening but I’d be delighted for you to be proven right.
  22. It’s nearly 50 years since they’ve beaten us at Ewood. Mind you it’s over 50 years since we beat them at home. Guaranteed to be a replay?? 😁😁
