  1. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. The cult of Tony Mowbray
  2. Yeah it’s one thing the reserves losing at home to morecambe but a virtual first team. 😬
  3. There once was a man named Swag. Who paid for Mowbray’s big flag. He’s shit at his job. We think he’s a knob. 300k! Must be a gag.
  4. I’d say it was 2 very bad misses. FullSizeRender.mov
  5. Good win. Can’t say I’m any more optimistic about the future but take it where can get it.
  6. It’ll be one of the few occasions there’s over 10,000 this season I reckon unless there’s a big away following.
  7. Very few pennies drop for him. Wouldn’t be at all surprised if they’re getting the hair dryer treatment for not topping the possession chart.
  8. They don’t stand to make money on academy lads coming through. But a housing development….
  9. And will we have some new post match excuses. Sure there’ll be the old classics like we’re on a journey, hugely frustrated, we go again, defenders are coming. Probably too early to blame the pitch. We’ve been promoted from league one must have past its sell by date. Maybe he’ll go full on Kean with the owners can see what I’m trying to do here.
  10. I’d be astonished if get more than that. Opening day, unprecedented (outside of war) of not being a competitive game for 18 months by rights there should be 18,000 home fans on. I’m going for 7,500 home fans plus whatever Swansea bring.
  11. Not interested in going today in the slightest. Seeing Mowbray’s gurning face in his pre match ramblings about opening day fixtures just puts me right off. Few weeks ago I thought I’d go regardless to give him shit when we churn out the usual dross and that’s clearly not the best attitude to go with in the first place but just can’t be arsed. Shambles of a club. Lions vs saffas and England vs India for me today. 2 decent alternatives but if neither game was on something would be better then watching Mowbray’s Ewood park circus. In fact out of 20 or so people I know that watch rovers (not together). Only 2 are going. Some aren’t in the area, others might go if hadn’t already made plans but the fact they’re even making plans speaks volumes of where rovers now rank in their lives.
  12. Waste of a piece of paper. Still no apology either. Whoever wrote it (my guess is swag) have wasted their time.
  13. Norwich or Palace this lad will fail in the prem, he’s got the pace but any defender worth his salt will mark him out of the game. In my humble opinion. Plus he’ll not get away with his shoot on sight policy even if he’s 30 yards away in the prem.
  14. Some people never learn. He refers to that “little weasel Kean”. What’s the betting while Kean was in charge he was one of those who gave Kean his full support until he was sacked.
  15. I hope it swings all over the shop in this series bit of payback for the conditions in India. I see there’s no spinner. That’s definitely been done because have zero confidence in the batsmen. Not that we have a test quality spinner anyway. Also a hat tip to the ecb who’s McCricket obsession means going into a test series with no red ball cricket in over a month. Most back when played in Chennai.
  16. 1. No. I think he’ll leave at the end of the season after Mowbray has gone earlier in the season. 2. No. December 12th. I think there’ll be a death spiral in November. Followed by a home defeat vs nob end in first week in December. The apathy will gradually be lifted then will spill over, even a few happy clappers will turn. Then he’ll limp on to the following away game vs Bournemouth on the 11th we’ll lose and he’ll be gone the following day. 🤞 3. Kaminski 4. 21st if god forbid Mowbray lasts the season. 14th if someone can undo his mess. 5. Fulham
  17. I just can’t believe Mowbray will be gurning his way into another season.
  18. The Venkys, kean, Jerome Anderson, Agnew, Shaw, shabby, coyle, that bloke who went rogue requesting his own pay rise hunt was it, Mowbray, waggott, and many more. They’ve all taken their toll on rovers fans. Now a shell of a club where at best can hope for apathy towards them interspersed with bouts of outright hostility.
  19. They’ve pulled the trigger before I have to believe for my own sanity they will do again. Although I appreciate their last golden boy who shall remain nameless was allowed to walk. So hopefully with the fans in (how many are left is another thing) giving him both barrels he’ll think sod this back to boro.
  20. For the last 18 months I’ve said given enough time Mowbray will leave us in exactly the position a Coyle left us in when he took over. I think this will be the season. Bottom 3 by December and sacked, followed by a month to find a replacement as it’ll be such a “shock”
