I honestly believe that a lot of great supporters became so used to absolute shit circa 2010-17 that we have lost some of our belief and it's 'easy' to slip back to negativity.

young keepers are prone to errors but f&#@ so frustrating

how many games will this clown cost us ?

You'll have to tell me how i'm over-reacting? waggot and his company make me sick. Price rises across the board, closure of the DE without any dialogue with the fans (and even when he was 'forced' to due to PR he didn't stick by his words) Last season, we got away with it many times because the opposition was poor. If you think the manager isn't under the spotlight because of his negativity and always worrying about the other team (instead of concentrating on our own strengths) The purchase of Brereton (and his failure to play him) is a massive gamble. I'm okay with my opinions.

As has been said, last season I sat through so many awful awful games where we won only because the other teams weren't very good (polite). They closed the DE and although i still go, i don't enjoy the experience (being back in the BBE isn't for me) It's almost as if the decay and rot that has been covered over by good PR has shown its self once more. waggot and co disgust me with their arrogance. bad times

steady on, lads. This isn't just a test for the team/manager... it's a test for us. Losing it and calling for the managers head is a huge reaction. Let’s stick together.

I come up from N. Wales (200 mile round trip), the 'red button' doesn't influence me but for my 2 lads - who now have the 'kids/work/wives' thing to deal with, it does have an effect. For them, it's seen as a 'positive' and they're now able to watch games that before they weren't able to. There's been no talk (yet) of them stopping their season tickets but there's been quite a few home games where we haven't made it to the game.

Class summary. Smallwood by far a better player than Evans. Palmer will never become a playrr you can rely on (not defensive) Armstrong poor. Dack invisible. Rovers ? -

he is a 'proper fan' as much as anyone. Read 'gumboots' assessment of her feeling of alienation after the BBE Upper was closed and you'll (hopefully) get some understanding. -

A few games into the season and my opinion about the closure of the DE to attract more away support has not changed. Just why do we as a club not put away fans in the upper tier? (many clubs do this to away fans to negate their support) Has the atmosphere changed for the better since the closure? (imo NO) I've gone back to BBE and all i see are people who would've been in the DE and the usual persecution of home fans by inept security. -

zzzzzzzzz talk about making a molehill into a mountain. Bore off. We've got a massive game on Saturday. Everything else is just blah blah blah. Get over yourselves and your fake indignation -
I wonder how you would be feeling if you were Bradley Dack, right about now.
-
wishing him a speedy recovery!

It's on the sleeve. The matetial is going to come into contact with things but you would hope that it would be able to cope. I've literally worn it from the car to the game and back.
-
awful game. I was disappointed with Nuttall. This was his opportunity to make an impact and he was awful. Couldn't hold the ball up. Didn't track back. Didn't put a challenge in (running by the side of a player who has just dispossessed him?!) His chance missed. I like Rothwell as a starter but he's not a winger and he just couldn't drifting into the middle and leaving the lhs exposed.
-
Well, that didn't last long! I've only worn it twice (home games). Disappointing quality from an item costing £55.
-
I'll be pleasantly surprised to see Dack play. Nuttall was being spoke of as a starter last season and he's bulked out a bit so i wouldn't mind seeing him given game time (he can't be any worse than Samuel) Difficult afternoon.
-
Yes!! it mattets Someone who has put minimal effort in suddenly ups his game because he's out of contract, soon. All that will happen is, he'll achieve his aim and then slip back to coasting through game (he's already given us a glimpse of the disdain that players feel towards 'us'

did anybody notice the club shop was closed after the game? Been awhile since i was on the BBE side of the ground so not sure if this is usual?
