It’s hardly unreasonable to question the spending on giving out contracts to players who never made an appearance that we have ended up sacking off. Or to give people a wage to use our facilities when they weren’t anywhere near the team. Or, for when the club wouldn’t give anyone refunds and pled poverty. It’s all money that could have been used to help improve the pitch....

Why would we do that?

Look, we mentioned that we didn’t want posts digging out other posters and baiting each other. Yet people carried on. The correct process to follow, if you’ve a problem with a post being removed, is to message a mod, or to go into ask admin and raise it there. We don’t want threads being de-railed with people feeling like they’ve been wronged. If people keep having posts removed, then people might want to check themselves, before blaming the mods for doing what we feel is best for the harmony of the forum. In the past we’ve been accused of either protecting this poster too much, or allowing him to get bullied. So, the mods can’t win. ’You can’t please all the people all the time’.

If you are making bold claims like this, please can you quote someone who said they aren’t watching or provide some evidence please? I feel like I’ve had to say this to you before too.....

That’s the thing, I’ve had quite the traditional role reversal, I’m good at cooking and a bit OCD, so everything is very tidy! I blame my Dad. He is the one supposed to pass these skills down and he just gets other people to do it for him. ‘Why should I do it when I could pay someone to do a better job than I could?’. Can’t fault the logic really!

To be honest, literally anything I’ve ever attempted. I’m absolutely hopeless. Apart from painting, I’m not too bad at that....

I don’t think he’s the answer either, but he did incredibly well to get us within a shout of survival after the mess he inherited from Coyle. Let’s not re write history, eh?

I think we are over thinking this Kipre transfer as if it’s a girl who shafted us by getting a new fella, now it’s gone tits up and she wants to come back home. Only, football isn’t like that, pride doesn’t come into it nearly as much for a club like us. If we can get better than we currently have, then, there’s no reason we shouldn’t look to sign anyone matching that description. You need to sign better players than you already have to improve, t’was ever thus.

If he’s better than what we have, which wouldn’t be too difficult, then I don’t think that could possibly be the case tbh.

A few of the points people seem to be missing and using well embarrassing phrases including championship manager, expecting instant success and being used to the PL. Christ. Then said posters tell others to grow up! Right anyway- the salient points that are being missed. 1) Our debt 2) At the end of the season, Elliott goes back. Also, assuming they carry on in the same vein, there will be interest in Arma especially and potentially Dack too. If they go, will we get the money re invested back into the squad to replace them? The Jordan Rhodes deal says hi. 3) Despite being well backed this summer and buying defenders for the first time in a while, we still leak far too many goals. Mowbray had had a long time to sort this out. Why is it still a problem? That’s on him and him alone.

As an aside, I’m absolutely convinced that people are still mad at Dack for being photographed at that barbecue that one time. As if his presence there is a reason to permanently have something against him, rather than him being our main source of goals since he arrived until he got injured just over a year ago.
